Anil, Meko, you guys are too kind!
I would never get sick of that, I honestly really appreciate that you guys dig the car too!
My neighbor asked me about the exhaust...says he hears it EVERY morning when I'm leaving...he asked if I still love it. And my answer was HECK YES.
Know when you get a mod done that sounds awesome at WOT and you can't wait to hit it? This is the same, except it sounds so good at LOW THROATY RPM's so you crave driving it chill, even in traffic, cause that's where you get to enjoy the sound. 1000 to 3K rpms is the sweet shift spot.

i love the exhaust note from 2500-3500 rpm (i like it a little louder )....and because of that my MPG has gone down....i remember shifting around 2200 rpm and now I shift around 3300 rpm LOL....
but yeah my neighbor will text me every morning when I leave....coz he can hear my car start up
I started my car (cold start) next to his Dodge Dakota 5.9L R/T (cold start for him too) and my car sounds louder than his v8 truck ....waited 3-4 minutes for the car/truck to warm up and then his truck started sounding louder
gotta love that sound

LOW THROATY RPM
That's what I love too, but my Stage II is not like that
Nothing between 1k-2k...got tougher than stock noise but can't hear the Stage II
Always have to hit it so you hear it... 2200 to 3400
The only stock I heard that is just like what I want was old G35 coupe
Edit: Good thing with high RPM, it sounds nice on highspeed driving.
Chill city drive? No
ooOOOOohhhh no no nooo you guys stay away from me
I got no money for exhaust

I loved giving my friend's Mustang some juice around 2500 rpm... I think many cars sound best around there under load
<-- Needs to shift at 4000 just to keep up with traffic

You aren't lying, buddy...the sweet spot on the TL (or at least the TL with the RV6) is to shift 3-3500...
Less than that, and you can kinda hear the engine bog a bit...actually...shifting at 2500 only netted me 1 more mpg, more or less than normal. Since doing precats, jpipe and exhaust, my worst mileage has been about 21mpg...and previously...it was 18.
MEKO...I can tell you that adding the Jpipe might add some GROWL to that badboy. But, I won't say that so you don't spend more money

Whats up with RDX owners?

If Im not trying to beat on the CL I typically shift at ~2500rpm, sometimes less. Most of the time Im skipping gears too.
But, for the other times that Im trying to hurt the feelings of a ricer or embarrass an older GT, its redline. There is no in between

I love my exhaust in the city too
I noticed once I filled the tank it added some weight and took a little more "oomf" to get it going and it sounded amazing!
No ricers have challenged me yet. lol

Wish there were more tunnels/super wide overpasses around me. There is one in STL that goes under one of the runways at the airport that is so much fun, I can usually get all of 2nd and like half of 3rd through it.
