Jeremy, about the roof spoiler---it completes the look that the deck lid spoiler starts!
Morgan, we've met....I'm 55, but don't look it (hopefully-maybe Swoosh and McCollins can vouch for me). A few years ago, I started eating low carb/low sugar. I lost about 30 pounds and 4 inches off my waist. I play hockey in a men's league. I'm a goaltender, but most of the guys I play with are in their 20's and 30's. I still feel like I can keep up with them and still compete on a good level.
Eating low carb/low sugar made a HUGE difference.

Same here civicdrivr... I was pushin 240's at 5'9.5 height...I was on the plumpy side. But I have always had some weight and always off and on push weight in the weight pile. The last time I was at my peak in strength I was weighing 205lbs but benching 315lb. Recently, in the past yr or so I started hitting the weights but trying to include more cardio then weights...Its sooooooooooooooooooo hard! Then I pulled my back a few months ago and stopped...Gained 10lbs and I am back at it again... My biggest FAIL is eating right...I eat whatever I want

I'd like to bulk up and be around 165 or so and actually keep the weight. But its difficult. I have Crohn's disease, so I have to be very careful with what I eat and how I work out. I had surgery last summer and Im only now regaining full motion of my abdomen.

My problem isn't too much weight, its not enough. Im 6', and hovering around 155lbs. The heaviest I've ever been was 167lbs, but that was back in highschool and I quickly lost the weight. Though, I weighed myself this morning and Im up to 157

Wow Morgan...that's rough, man.
That sounds pretty horrific...almost like you're been forced into bulimia!

Sean! Do it...then send me your body. (of your camera, duh!).
Josh, wait for Austin to upgrade, since he's hellbent, and just buy HIS beginner camera.

It means how long the shutter will be open lol
That's not much at all.
My DSLR does Max of 1/4000 and Min of 30 seconds or BULB mode, meaning I can keep it open as long as I want it to.

I have a Panasonic DMC-FZ40; it's a lot like one of those fancy-schmancy DSLR's, but it's a P&S. I've had it for ~two years; it works very well, and a lot of people I've shown pictures to are impressed as well.
I think that would be a good starting point...unless you've got money out erupting out your arse and spending $$$$$$ on a camera/lenses isn't an issue.

Don't worry, I feel that way MOST times I log into my thread!
Meaning, I click it, then go ghey jokes etc, pictures of worms and other cars, etc...scroll back up to see if it's my thread....
LOL...it's my fault though, I set the tone!
Dude, that drop that you have now, sets off those wheels VERY nicely. That's the first time I think I've been a fan of the stance with those wheels.

Cruisin'
Yooooo, a bit ago we were talking about buying DSLR's. I wanted to post about the Canon Loyalty Program that just saved me $340 bucks! No joke. I bought my 60D for $1299 from Amazon.com and Canon just sold me the same camera and lens refurbished (14day return window and 90 day warranty) for $958. Obviously, I'm stoked! lol If you're thinking about a new DSLR this might be the ticket.
Here's a link the a post that gives you the run down:

You're supposed to take up spots that are next to each other, not the one that is in front of you!
#5117
All I care about is backing into a spot next to a curb...far from other cars.
2 things fixed tonight...
1) After the HEAVY rain the other night, my lock function on my remote wasn't lighting up the lights or beeping anymore. No more that, no more auto up feature from remote for the windows, no more fkn alarm. Tonight, did some research and found that where I'd soldered to the factory hood trigger for my shock sensor, it had twisted the plug in a weird way and frayed most of the wires. Stripped back more, resoldered, added liquid electical tape and THEN heatshrink and THEN gorilla tape and THEN repositioned the plug to take the stress off the oem wires. Back in action...
2) I've noticed that although my headlights were clear, they did have a yellowish tint to them.
Sanded with 800/1000/2000/2500, then compounded with M105 with white pad on makita set to 2, then 3, then finished with grey pad with M205. Learned an important lesson...don't get lazy with a full rotary...
washed car and dried it all off. sat down to finish the buff (will add a coat or two of headlight plastic sealant this go around.)...got lazy and tried going up and down at a 3 setting...needless to say, I burned the plastic pretty fkn badly. Lucky I'm dumb enough to know how to fix stuff from previous stupidity. SO did WHOLE process again on that side but started with 15 minutes of 400 grit.
then, after rewashing that corner of the car, dropped hose and nozzle popped on and sprayed the WHOLE EFFING CAR wet again. Had to redry. Then, redried, fixed headlight...and wouldn't you know it, a light drizzle of rain.
MORAL: Know when to hold 'em, and know when to fold 'em and go inside and get a fkn vodka crystal light.
See the awesome burn marks?

That is exactly what I normally do...But in this case, I was waiting for the wife to come out of the mall from a store up front near the entrance. So I drove out far in the parking lot and parked to take a pic of the new stance in the rear. That is all... Why do I need to explain? I have no idea But I guess whatever it takes to get off my ass and get back to a build thread...or at least ramble on some OTHER subject :P
