i feel the same way about the CBI's over the Morimoto's
Overall: All positive, no negative
That rumble tone of the ATLP got more noticeable, same goes with the burps that I loved. Got louder
Daily driving like a normal person got much better sound vise, because I feel like I don't have to hit the pedal harder and hear drone in order to car to move.
^Performance might have gotten better but can't really test that, keep getting wheel spins (snow).
No smell yet, no rasp yet. Sound just got better I love it. Can't wait to heat up the exhaust and then listen it
Taking off right now, time to take pics
Snow snow snow
That's my imperssion but couldn't really enjoy it yet, even highways are fully snowyyy
Adios

Why is AZ so slow nowadays. No one posts a picture
Not really an update on the HFPC. I haven't forced the car yet to enjoy it
Snow snow snow
and I need an oil change this week or so.. I don't push the car with
motor oil + extra weight (ice) on the car

MDX feels like a tank again on Snow
Took this today on the way home from work. She did fine
Before HFPC

Thanks Steven
More will come oh I actually did take a video today and one picture
Yesss 65mph man just like we talked
Proof in the videosDude why you no tell me to get HFPC before
I just can't stop listening the engine sound
I hate it now actually, want to listen music but at the same time want to listen the engine and exhaust

and performance? Jesus CHRIST!!!!
2nd and 3rd flies
It's like twice the power it had in 2nd gear, no more that "oh maaan 2nd gear and low rpm again, can't take off fast
and doesn't downshift to 1"I have the exact shot from last year too.
I love this angle in snow with this car
Stock rims, tire threads, A-Spec, Wing, and
Perfect design

No grip nooo gripp couldn't floor it all the way down

I did tell you to get HFC's....
and I would not downshift down to 1st....definitely not a good idea and bad for your transmission....
I upshift and downshift myself....but I leave the 1st-2nd and 2nd to 1st alone since I felt couple "jerks" when I tried to shift myself....something told me to leave that shit alone LOL

College team?
I am bad at it. Skating is easy, similar idea as trying to walk with skies but guess not being used to it makes it hard for me.
Rest... I am good with
Golf, tennis, baseball, football, basketball, oh yeah soccer

I'm back, happy holidays everyone.
No Steven, not really, I mean not enough
Snowed today, but again like 1 inch
I am keep going to skiing though, will go tomorrow too.
Chris, I don't know what to say, ok you gotta be smooth on the car but we are not forcing it like we are in track or something.
Driving smooth is not really the case
And Anil, you are wrong about mentioning the need of 200+ miles to get an accurate MPG.
That picture I posted
Think it as, 65mph cruise is set on highway.
Did the reset. Kept going 30 miles with 65mph
That includes uphills and downhills of Mass, unlike straight roads of Anil's lovely Kansas
And it shows what my MPG is on that speed... approximately
Anil passes 450 miles with his 65mph and 650lbs diet, my last accurate result was this...
-Summer time
-1 passenger whole time
-No exhaust mods or anything, only mod is SRI which should drop my mpg because of the heat soak
-A/C on on the way to NYC
-Do 10 miles of driving in city
-A/C off on the way back to Boston
-Fill up, 15 gallon
-Check the mile she did, 420 miles
Trust me, I didn't go slower than 75mph. Seen 100s too
I posted them on this thread too. A year ago
Anil should do better actually
Loser
Watch him come at me with his excel files ahahaha
Well, with
HFPC
ATLP
No cat
3" CAI
No A/C
Winter time
No Passenger
Only 65 mph
I should pass 500miles?
So can't really say it's the smooth driving that improves MPG.
I used to say that, ok it helps but as I said, it's not like we are flooring the car 24/7 like on a track...first it's the car that should act good, not even the need of looking for performance mods to improve MPG
I don't know the condition on your TL..
Knock on the wood I know she runs great, has new tranny, new coolant, been taken care of her since brand new. Used Acura oils all the time, no synthetic engine oil. I feel like going to synthetic because of the mods but don't want to change it after 7 years

brother the only way to get very high mpg is easy on the gas and coast as much as you can....
also you have to go till the fuel is dry...remember our tank is 17 gallons, even if you get 30mpg, you will be at 510 miles for the tank....but its a risk you are taking since you are totally running out of fuel, remember my dumbass ran outta gas LOL....I knew what I was doing and hence kept a gallon of gas in the trunk....
I dont recommend you doing it though LOL....
