But yeah I get your point....I hate the bugati's as well....I like the new SS but thats about it....if I had the monies, I would never buy a Bugati, I would rather go with a 458 or F12 or even an Aventador....and ship them off to get a Twin Turbo

I hated the Maserati's and loved the Aston's....but I was walking around downtown KC with the wifey and loved the exhaust rumble of that car....I was instantly in love....I do remember the wifey telling me "thought you didnt like Maserati's" and my response was "yeah that was before I heard this one" LOL.....

about family...well as a husband or a father, you want to make sure you give the best to your wife/kids....and best in terms of everything....KS is reasonably cheap....a dollar goes a long way....crime is low so when the kids grow up you dont have to worry about them as much.... (i believe in fate but i like to do everything in my powers to swing it in my favor)...so it all makes sense....I have lived and enjoyed the life of a fast city (the wifey has too with Chicago and Washington DC) and if the kids want to enjoy the fast life, I certainly do not mind sending them off to a big city to get college education....after all we all live only once

 

I was born and raised in Kansas City. We do have a very family oriented style of living here.

One tribute to the city is that when many of the pro athletes that play here retire, they stay and live in Kansas City.....it's pretty cool.


I've always thought that Maserati's are SO sexy. Last summer, a few of the guys (not Swoosh though) went to a Ferrari Club of KC breakfast. There were a few Lamborghini's there too! But the last Ferrari that drove in was a 458 Italia. His wife drove in behind him in a Maserati Gran Turismo. Her car sounded better than his 458......honest!

I also noticed that they sound soooo sexy and loud during LOW RPMs.
Which makes it too good for DD....which isss what most of the people hear and that's why they get in love with it.

That's what I think and noticed. It's not that loud during high RPMs, you hear the engine sound more, which is a nice thing. May be they do that on purpose

because Alfa 8C has the same thing, that thing sounds like a beast at low RPMs.

Our last foot of snow, I went over to help him shovel his driveway. We broke one of my shovels-he got me a new one. We haven't had a chance to get together yet to pick it up from him.

We got about 8 inches of snow last night, from 5pm Saturday until now.
