GeeteeDan's progress thread

Overall everything went smoothly. As you can see from the earlier pictures, his headlights were really hazy on the outside. I hit those bitches with the Mothers Powerball (sounds dirty
) and was able to clean them up fairly nicely. His switchbacks flash amber-off-amber-off and I tried to capture that sequence with two pictures posted above.
He considered blacking them out but I'm glad he decided to stick with the clear!
Also, we followed Roger555's thread about soldering in a resistor to the turn signal relay in the fuse box. We spent more time trying to get the damn cover off than we did soldering anything

Oh and I haz Smart Water beecuz I iz smart bruhhhhh!

You can thank me now

^^^ dont need air tools....just a breaker bar
while doing my suspension, the air tools were not helpful....similarly while doing Dave's brakes, the breaker bar was all we needed.....
but i do agree on a nice garage to do it in....

i dont have air tools....i will once we get the house....but the air tools we used were pretty bad ass....they popped every bolt on my suspension but there were 2-3 bolts which would not budge....and a breaker poped them off without much hassle....

Funny...was emptying the attic of stuff I don't need...almost tossed an old office chair and decided to leave it in the garage...so far, it's been useful too!
Gotta preserve that back!
I need some smaller pads for headlights...it's hard to maneuver my 8.5" ones...
