Side note: anyone know if a factory 04 TL hid bulb is the same size and wattage as an 06 TSX hid bulb?

 

All is good with the hids now. Wife's 06 tsx had a pink pass side hid. Removed the build and matched it up with my stock bulbs I had saved when I switched to 6k. All numbers match up and her tsx is back in action. Go me

Payday and delivery day!

 

Was fun watching the inspection station get the car on even a flat drive on lift to do my inspection. Was a show none the less with about 10 people watching them get it up.

 

I'm getting an alignment tomorrow at a Firestone with an in-ground rack

 

I had to drive to Burlington Saturday to do mine and use my lifetime alignment. That was the closest store that had an in ground lift. Couldnt fit on either machine at the 2 Firestone's in Greensboro.

 

The Firestone near me doesn't have in ground, but the Haitian dude always says "I got this" and scrapes all the way on. I don't mind...plus, I'm not as low as you fellas.

 

I'm not sure I could do that with 10 people watching.

Probably bmwoemspoilershop on ebay...it'll match fine, Dan...you only see the blue pearl in the sun's reflection and the angle of the roof spoiler makes that hard.

I taped a lot more than that when I put mine on haha. I had strips every 2" or so to make sure it was secured

 

I was going to but didn't want to put a lot of tape on my vinyl roof

 

so, happy with the color?

 

Looked like it matches close but haven't seen it outside yet

 

so this morning I took the tape Up and both ends came up almost immediately. Just went a got some wide 3m tape to do the trick

 

Better now?

 

So far so good

 

Hard to get a good angle of it. I'll start using flickr more when they make it to were I don't have to jump on the comp to do my pictures.
