Thanks d00ds. The rear end can definitely stand to be lowered another 1/2". It's sitting at 24.5" ground-to-fender. The front is at 24" exactly. Looking at the pics, that 1/2" difference is very noticeable (to me). Not sure I'd lower the front any more...I'd love to, but my daily commutes definitely aren't set up for lowered cars. I scrape everywhere already.

but its worth it....
and it has levels, like the D4 has FM's and Type F has no FM's and Lightweight has lower viscosity

I have the rear Ingalls camber kit. Front is very close to being in-spec without a kit.
Yeah, I paid $120 on Amazon for my case of Redline D4.
Thank you, sir!
Yeah, from what I've read, the Redline Racing ATF (same as the Type F?) is supposed to be better for your transmission long-term, but it shifts a lot harsher compared to the D4.

I guess a 4x3 makes sense...the cases do come with 12 quarts.

^yeah i'm doing a 3x3 for a local member next weekend and told him to get the 8/1 combo.
i'm running similar to you and i haven't had any problems so i'm just gonna stick with mostly racing on this one. i changed out his switches last weekend and his fluid was murky looking. time for some RED!

...yeah, there's definitely some "organ" in there...
YUCK!
I haven't done a 3 x 3...I did swap out my tranny fluid to the newer iteration of the honda fluid (MT, obvi) and then like 6 months later, I did the short shifter etc...and wanted it as butter smooth as possible so I picked up some FM from GM. Been pretty happy with it.

^^^ you dont need to do a 3x3 you have a MT....
only AT's do that as most of the fluid is stuck in the torque converter....so only 3 qts drain outta 8 qts....you drain 3 and fill 3 and do this process 4 times....and this is called a 4x3 and after 12 qts you still have only 87% of the new fluid in there.....

i doubt it works that way LOL....
but after a drain and refill (between each drain and refill) you gotta drive in every gear (including reverse) to flush out all the fluid....
i hate driving for 2 minutes and doing another drain and refill as am practically dumping out the new fluid....i like to keep my drain and refill interval @ 200 miles if am doing the same fluid OR 1000 miles if am switching to a completely different fluid (when i went from Honda Z1 to Redline)....coz if something goes wrong in that 1000 miles i can revert back to normal without hurting anything tooo much.....

Just getting back from vaca...sorry for the late replies. I paid no attention to this thread.
That is a crap load of fluid! I think I'll stick to 3x3's in the future.
Here's a GoPro vid just for fun that I recorded last week:
