I unfortunately have to have a front license plate...one cuz my parents made me cuz they have both been pulled over for not having theirs, and two cuz someone stole my front license plate by prying it off with a flat head, leaving a hole and rip in the bumper. So I will stick with it. And Sony makes lots of audio electronics as well. The amp is great and I am happy with it. The tint problem, as stated before, has been addressed twice after the first install, and all three different companies couldn't make it look right. So those are all out of my reach. But thanks for posting your opinion, it will make me do a better job in the future

Bro, that sucks about the hole in the bumper. Does the law state that it has to be ON your bumper Bro? In most states it just has to be visible and what all the home boys around here do is bend it so all you see are the numbers on the tag and put it in your lower valance. Definitely puts you as baller status Bro. If you already know about the tint problem why don't you take that shit back Bro? I'd be HELLA pissed. I know you're happy with it, and thats fine and all but when I see JBL I think of a Walmart brand imitation of JL Bro, and no one likes a poser. Don't forget about those mufflers Dude, I'd take a sawzall to them bad boys and ride straight pipes. That'd be hella fly Bro.

I'm not trying to hate on you either, I'm trying to help you man, IMO, you almost need to start from scratch. Starting off with the tint first bro. That tint job belongs on a 89 Honda Civic hatch back.

Also Bro, Sony makes computers and cameras. Just because they are good at making those doesn't mean that every thing they touch is amazing. You should really look into the products you are looking to buy before you buy them. Thats a good way to both save money, and not end up with crappy equipment.

I'm not trying to hate on you Bro, for real. Constructive criticism Bro.
Good post, bro.

This guy can't be serious bro . This thread is going in the wrong direction. Overall, I like what you have done to the car in such a short time. I give you credit for being 16 and I think you've done a good job. You havn't done anything ricey and have used all good products. I am not a fan of that exhaust, but I know a lot of people are . Good luck with future mods...BRO!

Haha thanks. I know it isn't the best, but for 16, this car is hella nice. Nicest car on the lot. There are even those richer kids that get brand new Audi A4's or 3 Series, and tell me that they wish they had my car.

Bro, I just wrecked my Camaro and currently I am in the market. The 3g TL really has appealed to me. Seems like a nice ride that modded out looks HELLA fly Bro.

This is kinda what my old ride looks like now:

Bro, how do you delete posts? I was pretty sure you could delete on vbulletin forums.. I'd gladly remove my OT post Bro, not trying to clutter your build thread Bro. I thought it was that there was a button on the bottom right corner of your post, but it's not. Atleast for me. Ggesq you can delete that post and this one seeing as how I can not figure it out. Sorry Bro, best of luck with fixing up your car. I like the color.

Whoa Bro, this post had an edit button but my prevous one doesn't?

Only mods can delete posts...I think. I respect your opinion, you are in titled to it. Just some of the things you say are ironic. Now...back to what the subject of this thread was: WHO WANTS TO SAY WHAT about my car?

Ya, I did have a posting in the BM for my old Axis's. But I ended up selling them on Craigslist for a better price than what I was getting on here. To be honest, I still can't believe how I have afforded all these mods...I just have been very fortunate. Luckily, learning how to save and spend wisely from my dad, and not having a very big interest in things like video games have helped. Since I was 12, I knew I wanted a TL and I knew I was going to mod it (I learned about this site back in 06). A month before I got my TL, I joined the cite, and the first thing I decided was suspension, debadging and tint (which I know isn't the best job). That's my story...then there were things like the Axis that I got for free and I ended up not liking them, so I sold them. Made a good profit off that.

Haha. Trust me...I have done LOTS of research! My mac is 1 year old now, and the key ink is coming off, due to the car research I do. I read near 50 reviews that almost said the same thing EVERY TIME just on buying a radar detector. The good thing is, I will probably finish modding my car after A-Spec...actually I won't I am just saying that

Haha. You get that and tell me how it is! I'm good without a turbo or s/c. I am going to focus more on looks now. A-Spec kit, type-s tails, type-s sides, painting calipers, attempt to get the damn tint fixed, clearded and blacked head lights. Only performance mods left are EBC Redstuff pads (recommend to me by Trancemission) and ATLP J-Pipe and HFC.

What's wrong with your tint dude? The previous owner of my car put in some of that Huper Optik BS overpriced tint. I like it, but it's not dark enough, IMO. 30%.

haha yea i would. if i wasnt repairing my oz 3 piece wheels. hate potholes.

lol but yea, def like the privat netz better than the axis wheels. wish i had the money to go aspec or type s tails...

btw, how does the JBL sound compared to a JL? i have the 12 w6 in my tl, but looked at a JBL. Picked the JL because of reputation and looks really.

Beautiful wheels.

Shopping for wheels right now, have one set in mind, but these look dang good. Wonder what they'd look like on an ABP.
