^^ nope not yet. it is a surprise. i can tease though

u will have to wait and see, paul has been down the road with a single turbo accord v6 and topped out at about 450hp with one of his j36 engines and that was a couple years ago. It is because he has been down that road that he is doing a twin turbo to complement our v6 engine layout. With paul's help i am going to go over that .
anyway back on topic kms blockguard is a cheaper way to diminish cylinder walk.

The other is to bring the surrounding deck down .0015" so the cylinders pop up .0015". The head gasket will get a better bite and the heads will help to locate the cylinders. Usually this is done before the new liners are put in and then the assembly is gone over again after the liners are put in, milling the liners down until you get the desired clearances. It's still doable even if you're not putting aftermarket liners in.
What we used to do is bring the deck down a total of .003"-.005" then "kiss" the liners with the bit to bring them down to the required clearance which also makes sure everything is perfectly level. With such a small change you shouldn't have to worry about intake manifold alignment.
Once the cylinders are located securely all you have to worry about is cylinder flex. The first signs would be bad ring seal at high power levels such as oil out of the PCV or a lot of blowby only at full power. I'm not saying this will happen, just rambling.
Anyone know the liner and overall cylinder thickness of the J32? Any reason you guys aren't using aftermarket liners? There's a way to gain a ton of displacement using aftermarket liners. We brought a 2.5L 951 engine to 3.0 with the bore alone. It's cheap parts wise but labor intensive. I've calculated it before but you should be able to get in the neighborhood of 4.0L with the stock stroke.

don't worry more pics will come. i just like to have project finished first before i start posting more pics up.
IHC, yea i have been considering that block guard as a temporary measure but i figure im spending so much now might as well get the sleeves for thier durability.

4 liter would be nice ,ill work on gears before I venture as 500 lb tq is no home imagine a 4 liter almighty ,but my goal was always 700 whp which 650 and ill be satisfied I think but feats must come first until then ill probably tune it with stock rods and see how well they hold up with proper tuning ,the motor I have now is 9:1 compression Pistons and stock rods let's see how much I can put to it um guessing 561 it will still hold ...Any doubts ???

Rodney,
Thank you for the honorable mention.
My nitrous build is not generating much interest currently. But I think that will change when I start getting some numbers to present. I will be using a progressive controller, which will help immensely with traction issues and allowing me to run a lot bigger shot.

Yes I'm picking one up this week this should be very interesting ,
If you ever switch to a manual that motor will easily go 600-650on race gas I bet ..

are you the type-s auto? if so, have you made sure to do a few of the required steps in order to make sure that your trans holds up?
Type-F fluid is a MUST DO
new pressure switches (if you have over 50k miles IMO)
a trans cooler is always a good thing
Give us some info on your car and your desired goals with this kit. Im sure many of us are interested

Actually we will be getting the car to do all necessary install so I might as well duplicate your setup as you are the trend setter when it comes to auto turbo Tl ..

Im down for this meet. Still need to see how the Turbo runs against pauls build. I would love to compare the two and see where each excels and where each lacks.

It's comments like this that get no where. First of all it was a semi joke because 30k into a TL should bring it to low 11s or such which will run with a lot of stock cars.
I never compared turbos to Sc. What I did say was I WANT to compare "apples to oranges" or "Pauls m90 build Vs j n r turbo build" because they are both impressive builds and no one has done it yet. This is a forum for learning not biased opinions such as your self. If you don't like it don't post. It's a legitimate questions because they are both VERY impressive builds and maybe it should be address because learning is all about comparing one to another. Never did I bad mouth anyones build but as a consumer it's nice to compare because everyone does it everyday.
I have nothing against either paul or rodney as I love what they both do and the work they do is amazing. I am a vendor for custom work but I also own a TL and I have no affiliation with paul nor j n r. The reason I bring up Pauls build is because he rarely posts on here and it would be nice to see how they both do together.
