Has Rodney made effort to get your kit to you? This is something you should let the acurazine community to help with. Up until now all the focus has been on the ECU guys not getting their stuff, not many know there is a member waiting on a turbo kit and being ignored and there maybe others.

How long you been waiting? I ask cuz i know my summer was ruined waiting for everything... and now that its here, its at the wrong time cuz im moving with my girl to a new apt next week. ETA of finished and tuned build might be end of august.

It's all a matter of perspective. You are NOT in my personal situation and for ME that comment is pretty tame considering I am REALLY REALLY putting my statements on a filter. The members that have spoken to me over PM know what the deal is, and know that I have been holding my tongue (or maybe wondering why I've been holding my tongue). And for the time being, I am still content to do so, and still hoping for my situation to be resolved soon.

For instance, I am at 60% throttle in 4th gear @ 50mph. I remove my foot abruptly from the gas pedal and depress the clutch. The engine continues to rev to 5500rpm, then fallls back very slowly. If not forced back into 5th gear (for desired speed), it will take 3-5 seconds for rpm's to fall back to idle. If I baby the throttle, this does not happen.

question; has anyone actually taken their MS3 to an experienced MS tuner? (MS1, MS2, and/or MS3).. and if so how was your experience?

Ok, I have kept very quiet through all of this, but now I’m pissed! I understand I paid after some other members, but I did pay full price of 1600.00 Bucks!
Rodney is a liar, and has the worst customer service I have ever seen. After calling several times, and sending text messages every day that I never get a response to, I finally decided to seek legal counsel, and see where I stand. I text Rodney on 7/16 stating that I had spoke with my attorney and also an attorney is his home town of Boca Raton, and I would be returning my ECU and wideband, and would take legal action if I didn't receive my refund within 10 days of receipt of delivery to him. Within minutes he responded to the text saying " I had received 80% of my order, and just waiting on harness, he skipped other customers to satisfy me, and the best he could do was return my money as he re-sells the product". I responded back that he doesn't return calls, text, or pm's, and that I had lost all faith in his company, or his customer service, and I was sending my purchase back to him. He then responded that he had read my legal actions and understands. Please allow my harness to arrive and if I am not satisfied he can resale it for me. I did not respond to his message. On 7/17 he sent me a text asking if I had ordered the long harness, I responded no, and he said ok, the knock monitor is wired in and ready to ship, and he would get me a tracking number. After not hearing anymore from him, I text him on 7/23 asking if he shipped it Friday or not.. He responded he was dropping packages off today, and would get me tracking number in the morning. The next morning (7/24) I sent him a text at 9:24am, asking for tracking info. At 1:45pm he responded can I verify my address, the shipper just called and he thinks they made an error. At 7pm that evening I sent him ANOTHER text saying, well did the shipper make an error, or is my package headed? He responded and said " I sent him your address, I think I put something wrong, but anyhow he said ok so I know it was good as I get an email I will forward to you". The next day 7/25 at 1:54pm I send him a text asking for tracking, no response from Rodney. 7/26 i send another message asking for confirmation of shipment, no response. Finally at 6pm that evening he sent me a text with tracking number (634169215019243) nothing else. I looked this tracking number up with all three shipping companies to find out it does not even exist, and sent him a message at 10:04pm stating I am tired of the games and the lies, I am sending ECU and wideband back and want my money back. He responded that it is past his business hours, and he shipped it FedEx, if I have any problems call him in the morning between 9-7. My text back to him was not very nice, but to the tune of your customer service SUCKS and you don’t awnser your phone during normal business hours anyways. He told me that he thinks the package just must not be scanned in yet, and how sorry he was that this group buy didn’t go well… On Monday 7/27 I checked FedEx again, to see that there was a package label generated, and it was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday 7/28. I sent Rodney a text saying I stand corrected, my package is supposed to arrive on the 28th, and I have a tuner scheduled for the end of the week. Monday at 3:05pm I checked FedEx again to see that the package STILL had not been scanned in, just a label created. I text Rodney at 3:05pm saying, “ Talk to me Man, what’s going on. Within minutes, he called me. He said, I am headed to my shipper now to figure out what is going on, I will call you within one hour. Four hours later I still had not heard back from him….. I have since called him several times a day, and sent numerous text messages. I filed a lost package claim with FedEx, and Brian Cain (Manager from FedEx) called me back and said that a label was created, but there was never a package picked up or dropped off. So, Rodney created a label just to appease me, with no intentions of ever shipping shit! If I was only in Florida, I would have already taken care of him/this…
I am past pissed with this guy. If I thought I would get my money back sending him his ECU, I would have already done it. I have spoken with my attorney and Eric N. Klein in Baco Raton, and I do have enough evidence to pursue legal action, but it will be against Anil (since he took the payment) and Rodney both. I don’t want to do that to Anil (Swoosh) when all he has done is tried to help.
This is complete bullshit, and Rodney has made me look like a fool to my wife, my tuner I have scheduled twice now, and all my peers with me continuously saying my mysterious harness is on it’s way. I saw it got his attention when other guys called his Mother, so as sad as it is to call a grown Man’s Mom, that’s my plan for today.
If I finally do get my harness, I will be selling everything on the BM as soon as possible. I have ZERO faith in this guy’s company and his customer service! Furthering his name by running his product would just make look stupid at this point.

It's good you posted your experience with Rodney and his costumer service. It help people who is interested in his products what they might get into and to avoid any problems.
I have my ECU in the basement collecting dust. I have code that I can't get erased/ fixed and Rodney doesn't know why so....... I uninstalled the ECU. P0720 is the code.
I spend over $500 in tuning and got me nowhere.

If you have a good tuner that understands the MS3, then I would suggest you keep the goods. Although J&R has failed terribly with customer service and he has lost a lot of credibility here, the product does work.
The only person so far that has persistent issues with a CEL is JoeyTL. The rest of us I believe are just suffering from unstable operation. Gerzand has done a lot of work on the base tune in his ride and has discovered that the tunes can be much better than delivered.
It seems that unless you can get down to Boca Raton, there isn't going to be a lot of support. On the other hand, there are tons of people using this box and there is a forum where questions can be asked.

I spoke with Justin this morning....he is a nice guy, infact i told him I feel bad that I might have convinced him to buy the ECU....at that point I had no idea this was gonna down this way....

Again, i dont think its justified to file something for a $200-300 harness as you will be pumping in more money to recover the $300 but its your call on this buddy....

JJH, it was nice of Justin to keep quite and not stir up the shit storm couple months back, but i think he has waited enough for his product....all of us have waited enough....I hope Rodney fulfills this GB and makes sure all his customers are happy with the ECU....only that will bring his rep up IMO
I spoke with Justin this morning....he is a nice guy, infact i told him I feel bad that I might have convinced him to buy the ECU....at that point I had no idea this was gonna down this way....
