So...as of 909am this morning I have my maiden name again.
Finally, this fkng nightmare is over, save for the house sale.
I'm sad for my ex-wife...I hope she finds what she's looking for and isn't too hard on herself for it down the line.
Oh and who else goes to a drag show and tips the lady man with a dollar in his mouth and almost has them kiss you.

I think he's doing internal medicine. He did top of his class on the MLE step 1, so he's a strong candidate for any surgical residency.
He really liked general surgery and was going for that, but he has a degenerative eye condition. It's treatable, but he didn't want to be halfway through his residency and get fucked over by his eyes.
His main interest is specializing in something that he can clock in and clock out with regular hours for a good work balance and decent pay
The real specialty is derma like doc rick. They tell all new students that if you want to get into derma, tell advisors right away. Super fucking competitive. And well... you know how Rick fairs.. shiettt.
My buddy's father was a family doctor, his practice is still open. My buddies younger brother is also in med school (1 year behind). He might follow in his pops footsteps, just to keep the family business going.
Family business is in Hawaii too.. soo.... surf, make decent money, life could be worse.
