LOL my closest friend's license plate starts with "BUB" also. He's had that plate for thirteen years and counting.

We used to have nice, 6 character plates here. Three letters - three numbers.

Now we have the shitty three letters - four numbers. I hate it. It's no longer symmetrical. Bleh.

I have to say, when Maj is being serious in a post, he always knows exactly how to word things. I'm referring to his comments about relationships.

Seriously though, y'all know I'm right. That sounded like an article written by a psychologist or something. Ok, I'm done. Carry on with the salad tossing and what not.

This thread needs some excitement. I'm thinking a video of Taco doing donuts in the Miata.
Just donuts! No meat spinning!

I really want to get an action cam to make a few car movies. I've had a few ideas I've wanted to create, but I'm having a hard time justifying buying a cam.

The top end sony action cam is over $600 here, and I'd still have to get some additional stuff for it. Pretty steep for something I'm not sure I'll ever use again after this summer

So, film Taco and The Furious, and Taco Speed. Then, sell the camera to me for $34.50

I was also hoping sony would get the new action cam to better specs. The image stabilization can only be used when filming at a 120 degree wide view angle, which sucks.

It's the little things sometimes that annoy you the most. I feel the same... everything symmetrical, square, perfect. Beautiful.

Not here. It's easily double that, here. I can't even buy it from down south, due to the horrible exchange rate.

I want the top end one to be able to film slo-mo and super-slo-mo in high resolution. The lower ones don't offer that.

Whoop whoop, just lost a speeding trial and now I owe the city of San Diego $613 and have to complete traffic school. Odd, it was one of the slower times I've been pulled over.

Traffic school = incredibly painful. I imagine it's like doing driver's ed before getting your license all over again.

Time to invest in a radar detector?

Polo hit the nail on the head! About 15-20 over, I can't remember to be honest. Ticket's downstairs in the car.

Traffic school's not that bad. There's one instructor around here who just stories from his time as an active duty police officer and then passes everyone. He gives out free soda and donuts too.

Yeah man, definitely time to invest in a V1..

I remember doing driver's ed when I was 16 in order to get cheaper auto insurance. It was over two weekends, 4 days total x 8 hours/day of in-class "training", essentially reiterating the whole driving manual. I wanted to gouge my eyes out.

Heeeeck no, that would be insane. 15-20 over. I can get the exact numbers later but IIRC, it was something like 50mph in a 30mph zone. Dead as heck, in the middle of the night. Sue me officer. But it's all good, no hard feelings. He was just doing his job and I can respect that.

Yeah, I think the V1 would have paid itself off multiple times by now. Lol Time to quit slacking and pick one up after I start my new gig.

I've never done online traffic school. Quick and easy?
