Makes sense. I haven't had any seat time in the newer 5.0 or anything really. I figured I'd be less likely to spend my money if I don't go out test driving stuff. I've even avoid going car shopping with friends

Honestly, that is smart. I think that was my mistake... Being bored, going to the dealership test driving cars. Then J, was sending me naked pics and pics of his TL and I'm like fuccckkkkkkkkkkk.

sell the car because you're not a car enthusiast and only bought the TL to inflate your ego.

Test driving is a bad move. I test drove the V...Maj knows...that was the nail in the coffin, until then I was just in love with the idea. Now that I've driven one, I'm in love with the car.

I'll just wait till he upgrades and I can buy his for something in the 20's. He does his research and will maintain it so I know it's not a lemon.

I have my hunches as to who you're referring to.


I'll take the high (low) road and keep my TL. 142k on the clock and counting and I even have a small room full of replacement parts and fluids ready for when I need them.

My only fears are:
new clutch...
keeping up with oil leaks as the seals start drying up.

Just hit 112K...I sold my old accord off when I hit 112K and regretted it a lot. That car was good to me. I almost did the same thing with my creation of some "need".

Just put new tires on, getting aligned tonight...can't beat it, man...the car is still a head turner and can still light up a civic

ive heard that several times from Ford fans and I'm like "wtf does it matter?"

I do love ford these days though. Man, they are creating some awesome vehicles. If I needed a truck, I'd definitely grab the F150 over the Ram or Silverado. It's fucking sexy, lightweight and turbo. Fuck yeah.
