Drinking and Fireworks don't mix...I just shook my head over that dumbass.

Matt, he's somewhere overseas, I believe. Not actually missing...just from my heart.

We have a very similar frame. I'm 225-235 and 6'1" also but prefer when I'm down to about 210 so you can see muscles and not belly fat.

Our neighborhood is amazing...this one guy took charge and built 4 pallets with a plethora of fireworks and then wired them all to this sequential thing timer...one guy was recording with his 360 camera on a drone, another riding skateboard recording...great time had.

do NOT take your pants off first. That'll be a bigger mess to clean up, plus you lose the benefit of the harnessed warmth.

Asking stupid questions and getting fired up about someone else dictating what color a button should be for the entire forum are two different things.

What you wanted with the Thanks button and Hitler's vision for the world were not so far off...

Anyway...how's the Monday Morning grind, y'all?!?! We took the day off...more house projects and bathroom lighting and going to Sam's Club for us. Kinda nice to have an extra day off!

Still don't see the issue with that guy insulation. Create a thread for it? lol

It's one of these things were you tell your forum buddies "Oh I installed my intake during the weekend, turns out I had to cut my hood insulation otherwise it would rub on it".
Not create a thread like it's an actual issue. If you wanted perfect plug and play you should have invested your money in Lego.

Well, he's actually not that bad. Legit question and he's doing research before tackling a solution or cutting up his brand new 30K car. He handled the ribbing pretty well.

I don't disagree about it, but there's so little people to make fun of because of the lack of activity lately...

Got a oil change on the truck. Had a tire warning light when I got in to take it over. Nail in a tire. Dealer fixed it for free (wat?) so that was nice.

Snagged an extra bag of cookies when I left so that's nice too.

Trying to muster the resolve to head into the office. But I'm not sure I'm ready to deal with people yet. Maybe just waste the day laughing at people online.

Had a get-together with friends on Saturday...but, otherwise, pretty chill. Not looking forward to next week when I'm living out of a suitcase though. Now that I have a kid, not a fan of travelling for work.

would it be better if I addressed people with

"hey sweetie! I know it looks hard, but if you put your mind to it, you can do anything! even ripping the underhood insulation to prevent rubbing! yes, you can do it!"

But what if he doesn't want to remove the insulation. And doesn't want to replace the ice chest. Can you help with figuring out some loophole to the Pauli exclusion principle? Please use small words.

I think you could be softer but then at the same time I can't understand why he thinks it warrants a thread.
DIY car modding is about using your brains and figuring shit out. If you can't or don't want to do that then you bring the car somewhere and pay for services. Plenty of tuners shops who will be happy to take your cash to cut a hole in the insulation.
He already had solutions (remove/cut insulation or remove CAI) but none of them fits him. So either he figure some magical way to fix it or he gives in to one of the solutions.

Dare I ask why you have one of those lovely little ankle bracelets? What did you do to earn one of those?
