And I know for a fact it's not for stealing cookies. Otherwise I would have been locked up years ago...

And cu2, I see you sold your RLX-SH. Must have been a hard day for you. Any plans in what you'll replace that rocket ship with? I can't believe you actually got rid of it

I'm sitting here waiting for all my PC parts to ships to start building my new gaming rig. My current setup is outdated and won't flash bios anymore. It keep's freezing every so often..

Hope everyone had an awesome weekend. the wifey and I did our cake testing and ordered the cake we liked. All that's left now is my tux and limos and a few more payments on things. Getting married in 2 months.

Taking UFC boxing, kick boxing and advanced training classes almost every day

EDIT:

Leaning out, lost 12 pounds so far. I'm able to see 4 abs again!

Bro, I'm so e-thug you can't even handle it:
- Stealing cookies.
- Beatin' up tha pussy
- Straight up killin' it
- I murder everything I touch
- Jaywalking
- Being dope in a school zone
- Possession of deadly weapons (points to my biceps).

The list goes on and on. I got 40 to life for that and I'm payin' my dues.

You do realize I don't have a monitor, am not badass, and just BS all day, right?

DIY car modding is about using your brains and figuring shit out. If you can't or don't want to do that then you bring the car somewhere and pay for services. Plenty of tuners shops who will be happy to take your cash to cut a hole in the insulation.
He already had solutions (remove/cut insulation or remove CAI) but none of them fits him. So either he figure some magical way to fix it or he gives in to one of the solutions.

Yes, everyone must fly to NJ. Unfortunately for most, I live in Bergen county, the most congested and expensive part of NJ. Not to be associated with the "Jersey shore" crowd.

Now I eat clean and do about an hour + of intense training. I must burn about 800-1000 calories per class. UFC classes are indeed intense. Best of both worlds from training to learning self defense. Don't get me wrong, i'm not looking to become a boxer but has indeed trained me to defend myself.

That's pretty intense. I miss my karate classes but I realize I can't fit that in my schedule anymore, so gym it is.

Trust me I know that feeling. In 3-4 weeks with UFC i've seen results vs the last 6 months of weight lifting with some cardio. UFC targets your body in an aggressive training. You can start off with 3 mins jumping jacks to star jumps followed by lunges to knee high jumps to burpees. Your legs feel like concrete slabs while trying to jump. then they tell you to do alternating planks with push ups. The boxing part is fun but you have to put force into it. If you're just touching the bag, it does nothing. Hit it like you mean it and watch the kind of workout is done. The gloves feel like bricks after 30 mins of constant hitting.

I think that's good motivation for many. It's easy to get comfortable and lazy at the gym... in a class? Not so much.

haha if there's one thing that has totally stunted me in my quest for a healthier living it's definitely food. It's good that I like working out, I can eat a lot and I like eating.

Dude, just one WEEK of inactivity. Heck, in my case -- I attribute it to old age -- just a weekend...

Working out today was brutal.

Mmmm...prefer not...and honestly, I think the other patrons of the gym would not enjoy it that somebody gave them a lovely cold/flu bug.

Once I know I'm ill with something, I stay from the gym.

Please tell me that's an urban legend.

For the record, our previous posts were slightly erroneous in some shape or form.
