in the grand scheme of things; i dont think 4 degrees matter that much

both places are on the coast of the gulf and have temps in the 90's. very tropical. so much so, that when i visited rockstar, it really did feel like houston.

Arizona reaches a higher temp.(100-110 F) but not as tropical, so it doesnt feel as hot as Miami or Houston

Not sure which is better for getting skin cancer. The dry "I feel the sunburn starting" weather or the damp "I can't breathe in this sauna" weather.

I can tolerate the former but the later... man I don't have gills. Fuck this shit.

Dry is so much nicer. Give me PHX 120 and dry over HOU 90 and humid any day.

At least convective cooling works in the dry.

I can go for a run in Houston and loose upwards of 8 lbs simply because my body can't easily regulate temperature in the thick soup air.

Agree on all points, no problem with Cali or Vegas weather, but I willingly ignored the Gulf of Mexico in past ventures.

Sorry Jeremy, not graced with my humble presence.

You guys like hot?

Homegrown, organic, small batch, boutique pepper: burns going in, liquifies your insides, and burns 10x worse coming out. But it'll kick your endorphins and make you see god. Or your dead relatives.

I've got this But Jolokia (ghost pepper) plant that I've kept going for almost 5 years and I just pulled the first pepper of the season.

So that's what I've had going on.

You just tryin to get me to agree to meat you some where .

I'm on to your games. You probably don't even have figs.

I bet "figs" is just what you call your hangdown bits.

I'm happy to hook you up though. I don't know how hot they are this year and it's off to a slow start but when I start pulling them off I'll let you know. And I'll gladly trade for figs (the fruit). That'll force me out to a meetup one weekend at least.

Damn! that is a huge plant. Anaheims? That's a good looking relleno chile right there.

I've got a bunch of NM6-4 and Big Jim seeds in a drawer somewhere. They'll grow about that size but pack a punch in the face.

Damn. Now I'm hungry.

Oh, and I have no idea what a fig tree looks like. You could tell me the tiki torch makes figs and I'd probably believe you.

LOL we(brother and I) just throw a bunch of Mary seeds outside. when they get older and more distinct in looks, we destroy them.
Takes too long for them to flower....

Weeds started so good, then got silly, was a little bit good, then went off the deep end. And not in a good way (IMO).

Last episode I was just like, "well, that's done" grumpycat_good.jpg.

I think I stopped at season six. It just got way too stupid. Even the season before that was very questionable. The first few seasons were good though.

Speaking of which, any of you watch that Daredevil show on Netflix? I watched the first three episodes and thought it was ok- I mean, it's a blind dude walking around punching people. So superhero like! But then episode 4 happened... And I was hooked.

As far as marvel goes, I'd say this show is some of their best writing I've seen. Can't wait for the next season!!

I love ghost peppers. I've built my hot tolerance up over the years and I thoroughly enjoy those mother fuckers. Still hot as fuck, but oh so delicious.

I been telling the ex she should watch it since she's always complaining there's nothing left to watch and she keeps saying he's like the suckiest hero. I still got access to her Netflix account though so I might just watch it. Who knows.

you still talking to that chick?!?!!

Daredevil isn't too bad. the 'blind dude kicking ass' is sort of the entire premise to his backstory
I've seen an episode or so and I like it. Which reminds me.. I should keep watching, I'm getting bored of just touching myself...
