For the money.. tough to beat a 235i.. It rides soft but still performs. If you got a stiffer suspension, it would be a track beast. Pobst drove it at willow and he said it felt like a NA 5L.. no lag at all. I'm sure JB and others will make it a rocket. In stock form I believe C&D did 0-60 in 4.3s, 1/4 in 12.9. I suggest driving the TL for another couple of years and put back a savings every payday. Let your savings build up for about 2 years, so you'll have a nice down payment. But, I'd still keep the TL forever.

GLA45 AMG ain't bad but SUV are not for me. It's surprisingly light though, I expected 4000 pounds or some shit and it's a featherweight at ~3300lbs.

I'll wait til it hits almost rock bottom on the depreciation curve and pamper it like an ugly 10 years old turbocharged 355hp baby. EllisJuan (and his siblings) motors make a lot of good noises... my roommate has an E36 M3 that he swapped an LS1 into. It didn't have any exhaust past the front doors for a while. Thing goes like stink.
