Nope...Canuck TGiving is in October. It's too cold and frigid by the time November rolls around...not much of an "autumn" festival or anything when all the produce is DEAD.

oh, the turkey's come out great!!!!!!!!!!

ive been doing it every weekend for about a month or two now.

fuck a chicken, I will never ever eat chicken again when I can have turkey.

Meat for days.

the only difference between thursday's turkey and the others is that Ive got a larger bird for thursday.
20lbs instead of my 13-14lb birds.
which will mean a few more hours on the smoker.
im planning to cook it for at least 12-14 hours.

oh butt i dont eat bread.

I just eat the turkey meat for lunch and sometimes dinner with veggies of course.

ive also started jump roping again. got my endurance/stamina back up to a good 4-5 mins without stopping.
