Yes yes yes this
I'm back and forth on what my next bike will be. Street Triple, Thruxton (cuz its different), D675, Monster, or maybe even a Brammo Empulse (in 2-3 years). One thing I am sure of is that I will not be selling the Hawk GT.

All you DIY home guys...if you pressure clean a substantial area (or any area really)...this is a must. My neighbor walked over with kush breath and a smile and lent it to me...I was blown away by how fast I was able to knock out the driveway and part of the sidewalk.
Awesome!
Also, holiday lighting on a FOB AND on a light sensor with hour settings. Yes please!

Is there any place I can buy replacement HID bulbs for the TL without buying them from Acura? I need one ASAP.

Use coupon code ACURAZINE for 15% off. I suggest the Osram CBIs, but the Morimotos are good too.

Nothing is better than the CBI. I wouldn't settle for less.
Morgan, many apologies...I was struggling with muriatic acid on my gloves and running out of light. I will perform Harakiri at some point tonight.

Beautiful bike, man. 1.2L is way too much for me though. Plus I haven't owned a bike with so much power yet so I'm worried that I'd fuck shit up due to my lack of experience. Would rather make my mistakes on something less expensive. Does a dry clutch feel any different than a wet clutch?
I want something different too. Everyone's riding a CBR, Gixxer, or YZF. I saw a monster for sale in Wisconsin a few months ago for a ridiculously good price. Was going to purchase it but found that it had a cracked frame at the steering stop. Nooope. I like the way you think though. However, I think the 675 triple is the perfect fit for me. It's cheap, 600 class, and looks beautiful. I'm going to be on the search for one this winter.

Got my endorsement 3 years ago but didn't get my first running bike until the beginning of this season, the 78 CB550K. So basically one riding season, around Chicago and Milwaukee.

And take a look at replacement parts for the D675 first - some are very expensive since it's somewhat of a niche bike, and the used market isn't nearly as saturated as the other three I've mentioned.
But, if you do end up getting it and want to pick up some OEM accessories, I suggest Jack Lilley Triumph. They're a dealer in England. I wanted a passenger seat cowl, and it was having a hard time finding it in NA. When I did, it was astronomically expensive. I emailed them, verified that they shipped internationally, and they dropped VAT from the cost. With shipping, I saved almost $100 over a new one from the dealer around the block from me.

Not too bad.. Just been working a lot lately. I'd love to have a bike! But, it's probably best that I stay on 4 wheels. 150 mph is the fastest I've gotten a bike up to, and then backed off. I can't imagine doing 200+!
