Basically forced to cash out on a $12.5M investment thats now worth over $500 million. Sounds rough.

Mebbe...he WANTED to be racist on purpose to get his team "sold". Sure, unconventional...but, still got to put his team on sale.

Yup, when I was being interviewed by , they provided me with housing prices in the Mountain View area and honestly, it felt like a lateral move in terms of real estate prices.

I'm also sure you forgot to mention that at the $450K rate, you will have 3-car or even 4-car garage with a pool. Up here? Forget it. To "upgrade", now that Little Cha is here, our next house is around $700K.

And again, just a 2-car garage...slightly bigger at 2400 square feet.

Has exhibited racist behavior in the past, refusing to rent to minorities etc., nothing new.

Yes, I have a 3 car garage, but no pool, not interested in a pool,
pool = pain in the ass.

Pffft...no need for a pool up here. 90% of the year, it'll be a frozen brick anyhow. Can't swim in ice, can you?

Lol I do the same shit. I have a bag in the trunk of my car that is getting donated as soon as I have time. I usually ball out annually when I have some extra cash and someone has a sale. Been strapped for cash lately though because racecar. And because ridebike.

Yes, I'm very racist.

But, generally to my own kind...so, that's not really racist, is it?

Why the fuck do the nav/hvac button lights go out when pulling the arm rest console off. Apparently it's a common problem.

In other news, why the fuck did I wait so long to do the short shifter mod. It's so awesome. Must have been distracted by IS350. Or penis. Probably penis.

Hi Fellas.
Morning Vlad, it's the law, fix one thing, fk another.

I will suggest a few others, if you haven't.
Windowweld in the top of the side mount.
engine damper, my oem one was shot.
GM SM-now AC Delco labeled
Delrin shifter bushings in bay
A tall weighted shift knob like the Mishimoto one I have.

Pure bliss to drive and shift.

Also, random shot I took at work yesterday...professional grade salad tosser we keep around the yard for the contractors.

Morning! My Ukrainian salad would swallow and crush that tosser.

And thank you for the suggestions J! Already got AC Delco, HR Bushings, Weighted Shift Knob. Doing engine mounts, SS clutch line, SC valve delete, and MC replacement (TSB that the fucking dealer won't do).

They really do.
Remember, when an Asian says he's broke. It's because he has $100K in savings but shouldn't spend it.

Justin, you do want these things. Trust.

Get the HT all inclusive kit! Or chip away cheap at a time...I got some delrin bushings for the shifter on amazon for like $25...they're just fine and don't bind. I did have to drill the smaller bushing out a little bigger to fit, but worth the savings and gets the job done.

Austin. Thanks for the IG love bruh!

+1 for HT Spec shift kit. Comes with everything you need for your car to make you reach climax as you drive it around.
