the last time i measured my body fat %, I was somewhere in the low 20%
i doubt i'm any where near 10%.

13-15% is my target goal.
Im probably hovering a little above 15%

and it all depends on how much activity and food i eat that week.
less food + increased activity = scary muscles popping out every where.

more food with moderate activity, i become a little heavier set and more solid looking.

i'm holding a constant 154-155lbs since January.

I like this weight. its not too little. I can def. do more work and bring the weight down, but for a man, i think it sounds weird to weigh only 140lbs. lol
