Question Question about replacing bumper

I just got in an accident tonight on my way home from the gas station. It was a green light, the woman in front of me didn't go...I wasn't paying attention. I slammed into her rear at about 15 mph. She was in an audi. Her rear is fine. But my front bumper has a crack about 4 inches long starting under the hood and coming out. Of course I need to replace this.

My Question: If I buy the WW or Factory style bod kit, do they replace the entire front bumper?

Don't you hate it when the person in front of you don't go after the light has changed to green? It always annoys me... maybe I'm impatient.

Good thing the Audi is alright. Sucks you gotta replace your bumper... but maybe it's a good chance for you to get a value kit.

My recommendation: Go to a body shop that you know will be able to match your color and make sure you get a guarantee that they will repaint until you are satisfied with the paint match.

Because from my experience and some others the perl color is really hard to match correctly, especially the White Diamond Perl.

And let them paint the bumper skin OFF the car, just be sure it matches the paint.

Question

Does anyone know where I can find pictures of either the mugen or the value body kit?

On the off hand chance anyone knows a cost estimate for replacing the bumper from the dealership, I would be very grateful. They should be able to match the color very well, right?

thank you guys
Sean

i believe the mugen is not a replacement but rather an add on. if you study the picture of the mugen inspire you can notice a line that goes through the middle of the whole bumper. that is where the top of the addon(lip) starts.

You can see the value kit in the gallery section under valuetl's post. That kit is tight as hell. I'm planning on ordering that too because my front and back bumpers are both scratched. But be ready to wait like 3 months cause it'll be shipped from Japan and it's expensive!!

My value kit took 2 weeks to be shipped to me for $1700 for the 3pc kit with headlight eyelids. I had it express shipped so shipping was expensive at around $400.
