Windshield Washer Fluid Leak after front bumper removal

So I pulled the front bumper cover off to replace the fog light that was smashed by a rock on the highway, get it all back together and now the washer fluid leaks. This is a Canadian car so it has the washer fluid connector going to the front bumper for the headlights. I pulled the cover off again, checked that connection and the rubber O ring seems fine, everything seems tight. Leak is so slow I can't see where it is coming from, just that in the morning there's a small puddle of fluid on the ground.

Anyone else had this issue? Some sort of trick that I don't know about?

*Update*

Leak isn't from the connector going to the front bumper but leaking out from where the headlight washer pump goes through the rubber grommet into the tank at the front. Going to pull the bumper cover off again and clean up the area.

Check also to make sure the clamp that holds onto the hose is on tight as I had to fiddle with that during my reinstall.

** Update 2 **

So pulled the bumper cover, pulled the pump out and the rubber grommet seems like it should not leak but is. It was clean more or less but tried to clean it up some more, put it back in then pushed the pump back in, added fluid and still has a slow leak. I saw two solutions. 1) Get a new rubber grommet or 2) Put some PVC Gasket Sealer for the tank to seal and pump to seal spots.

Went with #2 as if it works I don't have to pull the bumper cover off again. If that doesn't work I'll get a new seal, clean off the PVC off the tank and pump and install that. Let the PVC cure for 24 hours in a dry tank and will see if there are any leaks over the next few days.

The hose going to the headlight washers has a pretty good clip, solid click once it is all the way on, zero leaks there.

Had my car fixed (bumper) and the covers for the passenger side nozzle are not flat or flush to the bumper. One edge is out 1/8 inch and the other side of same nozzle appears to be perfect. Is there a way to adjust it so that it's flush?

The drivers side is perfectly flush.

I will be seeing the body shop next week as it was insurance work. I also spoke to dealer and I got a quote for the covers if they need to be replaced.

I think you would have some insight as you have taken it apart numerous times.

No Leaks! Been four days now and every since doing the PVC Gasket around the contact points the rubber seal is %100 holding. Recommended fix is probably to get a new seal, I can't see it being expensive but the PVC solution worked perfectly.

As far as adjusting the washer nozzle covers I have no idea. You can pull the bumper pretty quickly (recommended to have 2 people, not solo) but I didn't give much attention to the inside of those washers. I think they were just screwed into place, not sure how to or if there is any adjustment for them at all. There's no electrical connection going to them or motors or anything, I assume water pressure sends them out then they should just go back in place with, springs or something after?
