I just got an email about yet another recall, but it doesn't say what for. I had the one done in early March. Two months later, again?

 

Can you post some details about the recall? We got a recall for the display going blank which actually just happened to my wife today. In the ZDX EV app it said "2024 ZDX Meter/Center Display SW Update Recall" (the app is broken but it apparently does show recalls). This recall started a few weeks ago and we scheduled an appointment for Monday next week. What was the recall you had done in March?

 

This recall is "Rearview camera safety recall". The one in March was something different and I don't remember the name. Turns out these are two different recalls.

 

I didn't get a recall in March. Do you have more details about that one? Did it only apply to certain models? I think we had some recall maybe half a year ago about the rear view camera showing left what is on the right and visa-versa, i.e. mirroring.

 

My memory is the March recall affected every VIN. It required a large software update to fix. I wish I could remember more about it for you.
