I forgot to mention that I couldn't find the bracket that attaches the clutch pedal assembly up top. When I got to the diagram for the pedals it's not there. Do you know a part number? I might just get some brackets and make one.

I dont think its gonna be there, you are going to have to make some kind of bracket. When I had the master cylinder from the civic on there I had a bracket, but when I put the one for the cl I didnt. It works just fine with minimal movement. However, I did have to put washers between the clutch mount and the firewall, because when it was all the way tight it still had some play in it..... that could be your problem too.

Dont forget to check all the lines to make sure they are tight..... any looseness can ca=use air to get in there, or fluid to come out.

If you dont have the CL clutch pedal you will have to make a little bracket I used 2 pieces of angle iron put together to make a sideways U and adjusted them to fit in the opening to bolt the pedal to the upper bracket. You really need that bracket. Fabricate what ever you can to get the 2 to bolt up

I do have the CL pedal, but it doesn't line up. I see the two holes above the pedal but the pedal doesn't reach far enough to be able to work. I bought a few brackets at Home Depot and am going to see what I can do with them.

Well, I finally got a bracket made for the clutch pedal. I just picked up two L-brackets from Home Depot and screwed them together.

Here's the gap between the pedal and the car itself

Here's the bracket

And here's it installed

Finally back on the road again

Mine was, I'm not sure about yours.

When I pushed down on the pedal, the whole assembly moved and only allowed the pedal to pull on the master cylinder like halfway. I didn't even need to bleed the lines after I put the new bracket on. The air I thought was in my lines and not allowing the clutch to engage was just the master cylinder not traveling all the way.

I'm going to eventually get my new master cylinder on there as well. When I did the big order from the first few pages of this thread, I ordered a new CL-S clutch master cylinder but I am missing one little piece (the metal connector that attaches the master cylinder to the metal fluid line) so I couldn't use that one and had to get an old one from an old Integra at the junk yard. I'm sure it has at least 100K miles on it (the car not the part) so it is pretty worn out. All the dealerships I've talked to can't find the last part I need, they keep sending me the wrong part. I think there's something wrong with the parts database b/c every dealership has that little metal piece on back order; no one in the US can even get one right now.

In northern california, every large city seems to have a junkyard. HAP located in sacramento about 20 minutes away from UC Davis (where i goto school) has like 3 acres worth of honda and acura parts. Back in san jose, theres a little block where theres a bunch of junk yards that specialize in certain types of cars. B2 Auto dismanters is where i found my CL-S 6mt. lemme know if you need to look for any parts, maybe i can help you find it here.

I am having some problems shipping my speed sensors down to Joe so he can finish making my harness (UPS FTL). Once I get those down to him he can finish and send my harness. I'll be getting the CL-S gauges soon too.

LOL yea I was having trouble trying to figure out how to mount the camera good. This was me holding it in my mouth by the piece that screws to the bottom to attach it to a tripod. Later, I attached it by the wrist strap to the passenger headrest post, but it was too low and you couldn't see the road that well. I finally put the camera on the tripod and strapped the tripod to the left part of the passenger seat.
