You got it, I want a car to make 300+ WHP NA. With Forced induction 400+ WHP should be the norm.

The same goes for the AV6/CL3.0 owners.

This will be the first offering for the J-Series from Hope Systems. More will follow in the coming months.

I will also pay for the dyno run and 2 nights stay in Holiday Inn or comparable Hotel. Hell, if you can give me a better price on your I/C I will buy that too. What do you think?

My suggestions would be:

1. Bored/Enlarged Throttle Body
2. Phenolic Spacers (these shouldn't be hard to make)
3. Ignition Upgrades

PnP Greddy e-Manage System 11/1/2003	5/15/2004

J30A1 and J32A1 Intake Enhancments	11/1/2004	1/1/2005
I am definitely interested in your Cat-Back Exhaust, but I really don't want to wait 200 years for them. Can you try to accelerate that development effort? Apparently the Manifolds will take a while to develop as well.

By the way, I see the $1600 estimate for the IC. How much extra will the PNP eManage cost?

Actually it says 8/1/2204, which is just a bit longer than 3 months. But after following what Scalbert has already been able to accomplish, I would suspect that he could get this done more quickly.

Ok, Let me know. I will be free after 5/24/04. After 13 years I have decide to quit working for Acura/Honda, so plenty of spare time. If you decide to come to Los Angeles, I will even pick you up from the airport.

No room down there on our cars.

Another vote for a larger throttle body and maybe a MAF??

The TB is definitely on ther list of things to do.

Spacers will be investigated but probably not realy worthwhile.

I won't develop anything for the ignition as our coil packs work very well. If a large manufacturer comes out with an aftermarket coil-on-plug pack I will certainly test them.

Doh... :o :o :o

I expect the PnP e-Manage to be in the $600 range, maybe less.]

That is later and should be in conjunction with equal length headers. But it is not imediate as I see a very limited market for something which would not be cheap nor produce extreme gains. But it would be for those wanting every last bit of potential power unleashed.

We should be able to work something out. I suspect the IC will start shipping late June and if there is a 3.2L blown CL in southern CA willing to be tested on we can definitely make the arrangements. If this does occur it would probably be in the early to mid July timeframe.

What i want made is some wheel hop bars. That is the most annoying thing for me on the car. Its hard to launch good and clean without wheelhop on my sticky eagles. I know a guy who can make me some custom wheel hop bars and think that will be my next mod. I want to get rid of this wheel hop or try and reduce it some before i do any real power mods. He also did a custom energy suspension for the cl from another car. Hes already done these 2 on one members car here and i plan on doing it to this summer. I think this would be a great project for you to work on scalbert.

For all of us 5AT owners, how about something like a new transmission or a re-manf. transmission that will be able to withstand all of the extra horsepower? I'd love to add the Comptech S/C and then start thinking about the IC and eManage but it sounds like all this extra power would destroy our trannies.

I'd be willing to drive down to GA, unless you wanted to come up to No. VA to try to get a hardened tranny working on our cars ... I don't feel safe adding too much power to the current 5AT however!

BTW- Whats up with the website? It just shows some search engine. Guess its not ready yet?

Sounds great Steve. I would volunter for the 5AT mapping and so forth, but looks like you have plenty of takers. If you need another...I'm in Orlando.

We already have stronger rebuilts available and maybe with "Hope" racing it can be even better.

That is in the current plans. Others may have this solved already so I won't reinvent the wheel. But I will certainly be invesitgating it and will coordinate the availability.

The website should be available soon or imediately. I forgot how NetSol defaults to their Nameserver listing. So I just changed it over to our Nameserver but it may take a little time to get updated.

Yes, the TL-S is in the J-Series family so it will be supported.

No lifters needed as our cam actuates the rockers directly.

Actually, seeing how you have the blower and within driving distance it may be easier to coordinate with you. Do you ever come up to Atlanta??

I could certainly plan on doing something like that. There are times in my schedule where I have few-several days available. It sounds like it would be a great opportunity and I would welcome it. I'll PM with my #. Thanks for the consideration.

Can't wait till all this stuff comes out. Its good to finally see more companies making parts for the CL than just Comptech.

And if you ever need a CL-P to test stuff, for free parts, I'll drive down there and let you have the car for a week or so.
