Seeing as I plan on doing an h22 swap... I was looking at getting a winter beater... I think its on the last page. Assuming I purchase that (91 civic hatch) and do my h22 swap in the CL... do you think I should throw the f22 in the civic? It could seem a bit more powerful in such a light car.

my advice stick to one car to mod. if you are doing the work its fine but not then leave it.

not much haha umm from the top of my head its
nismo intake, exedy stage 1 clutch, act streetlite flywheel, i forget what kind of exhaust. the rest of his mods are cosmetic unless he has more mods he didnt tell me about haha.
its way faster then it was when it was stock, and just ripped thru 3 gears and i hit 100 before i even knew it.
but its no where as fast as my co-worker's mr2, its so fast that im afraid to get behind the wheel of it.

Anyone have an opinion on these? I need some new fogs, and I want something different.

^That'd be different alright. I dunno how I feel about square fogs on our car. I just like round like the OEMs.

i like them and they are nice looking but good luck on integrating them into the front end without looking out of place. ive racked my head about this a lot and i think davzilla had one of the best ideas about placement ive seen so far. i just want more things to stick hid bulbs in

Sweet, my dad randomly decided he was going to wire me $500 for my car. I think for me that means sway bars and polyurethane bushings (same as blackack's) and whatever else I can do with the remainder.

I LOVE Dave's setup. I want those fogs, but they're so expensive, plus I want to go my own direction. I'm even considering the 2nd gen road lamps, but I need to measure them first. I think they're probably too big.

well, business has started and I'm finally making some $$$ for my shots. Boss said I could use our software at work to run free posts so I put up an ad campaign on craigslist and I've been getting some hits. Everything from car photoshoots to weddings to model shoots

Took advantage of the 30% cashback that microsoft is running so I scooped up this tripod and ballhead that I've been wanting for the longest time.

grip ballhead lets me rotate the camera into a whole bunch of angles with ease

center column swings up and horizontal to get into all kinds of crazy positions

shit even lays frame

anybody recognize the material it's made out of?

mitch, i agree they mostly look funny but i was gonna do them low behind the lower grille. kind of hide them i guess, but then whats the point if nobody can see my sweet fog lights. my other idea is too...

remove the stock lower turn signal things. convert my upper corners to turn signals, and replace the lowers with foglights. only thing is i dont know any foglights that look decent on the front in place of the lowers...

Blind, it does sound like a good idea, but you prolly would need some major modification to the bumper in order to fit a different set of foglights. Cuz i assume that most foglights that would house normal bulbs that you can buy HID's for would be quite a bit taller than our corner lights.
And by fitting the fogs behind the lower grille would be a good idea, like if you got some preojectors to put there or something, but i would be worried if the light that comes out would actually hit the ground infront of the car or not cuz of how far back they would be.
i gotta think of some ideas too, but i won't even try to attempt anything untill winter is over, as the weather around here is getting crappier by the day, and i don't get the cl back for another week or two anyways.

My friend has a VR6 GTI... He is the most sensitive piece of shit when it comes to jokes about his car... I don't see what's so great about them, he's constantly making overly expensive repairs.

Cocoa can you clear your PM box?

Thanks!

Think I should paint my calipers the same goldish color as my centercaps or just go with the black like I was planning?

just ran into a turbo system i've never heard of.........STS turbo's which are rear mounted turbo kits that don't need a turbo manifold.....
theres enough evidence that it works very well and im really contemplating getting it since the new k24z3's dont have removable exhaust manifolds.......
