The TL is a lawn ornament now I need to sell it but I've been waiting on people to come swap parts and such.

Less than 72 hours. A nice 3 hour drive back on the highway. I am going to try and find some better back roads though to take on the way back from Cary. Any suggestions for a fun twisty back road drive? I don't even care if it adds an hour.

It's in Cary?!

There's no fun way back. Since I live south of Charlotte, I take US1 south out of Cary and hit 74. That route takes you through Rockingham, literally right past the speedway and drag strip. 40 to 85 will be boring and slammed with cars, but it'll be the easiest route for you since you're north of Charlotte.

So there are really no good fun roads at all? Could I take US-1 to 74 to 485?

Yes, but 74 will SUCK once you get past Wingate. However, if you do that, you can bring it by my place

Once you're in Monroe, you can take Rocky River to Lawyers to 485. That's how I go to work and it's pretty fun in the S2k.

Oh damn. 74 would put me all the way down in Monroe? That might be really out of the way. I will have to map it tonight. Google Maps loads like crap at work for some reason.

Do you think this is a big concern? The car will probably see between 16-20k miles per year.
I misspoke a bit.

Eibach springs are pretty much plug and play, though some people cut the front springs for a more even look. No issues with Stabilitrak.

The D3 springs were out first in the 2G CTS-V market, and they had issues with Stabilitrak and magnetic ride errors. This was fixed with rods that assured compatibility with the magnetic ride system.

Sorry to have confused.

Aw, shucks.

But I still drive my S2000. My dream of trading it for a NA2 NSX is on hold because NSX prices have gone plumb loco. 7 1/2 years and counting with my S.....

Good to hear. I am not sure I would cut mine even though I wish it would be even I really want to keep ride comfort in this car this time. Add some spacers so the wheels are flush and be done.

save 5K per year for the next 11 years...bam...you'll be able to buy then THEN 25 year old NSX cash!

I can't let go of the S2000. I love it too much.

TL getting an alignment and tire flip on the aspecs, wasn't going to be ready in timely manner so Mike Chan sent me home in a TLX. Lease program on them is CRAZY right now, Kevin...I might post a thread on my impression of my car's successor.

If I am going to get spacers to put on should I replace these right away? This sounds terrible.

An EPIC battle with the V today!!!

Yeah, I don't think the wheel gap is that bad at all on my car... so springs haven't even made it on my list...</p>

Anymore gap than I have on my F bothers me pretty much I don't really want to get rid of the MR shocks though so I want to figure a way to get almost no gap and still retain them is my goal.

I saw a read V sedan the other day. It was cloudy out though so it didn't make the color pop as much but still looked really good.

I hate silver cars..
There are several cars I love, but would never buy in silver (incl GT-R)
But when I saw the silver V.. I was like..
I think I like the whole color lineup on the V.
