The paint match was decent, the car needs a good polish to look as good as the bumper. Vinnnnnce, I'm looking at you for this!

Tires are plenty good, going to start re finish the other wheels this weekend and paint next week hopefully

It depends what your purpose is for the wheel cleaner. I wouldn't use it as a maintenance wheel cleaner since your wheels won't have that much build up and it wouldn't be cost effective. They are great for removing a lot of built up grime and iron but if you maintain regularly, it's not necessary. One of my favorite wheel cleaners is Autoglym Custom Wheel Cleaner. It's $50 for 5L and I dilute it 1:1 with water so 10L for $50. It foams up very nicely, clings to the wheels, and acts as an awesome tire cleaner as well. Having a bottle of sonax/iron x is handy though for the initial cleaning. I'd look into getting Wolf's decon gel if you're going that route though. Same cleaning power without the rotten eggs smell. After the initial major cleaning, as long as you maintain it should be fine. It helps to apply some sealant to the wheels to discourage as much brake dust build up as well.

Try the Lexan DIY mod for fixing the fogs! A fraction of the cost in comparison to buying new OEM ones. That's what I'll be trying one of these weekends. Haha sure PM or text me if you want a detail

So who is down for a meet this Sunday at 4:00PM? Let's say the location will be Tim Horton's near United Cycle.

Does AO sell the Wolf's decon gel and the 5L Autoglym? Which sealant do you recommend?

I will be helping my bros GF move on Sunday, and not sure til when. If I'm free I'll come by.

From being broken for so long, the reflective paint on the inside of the housing has peeled away, so I just want to get new ones and will have them 3m'd. I'll text ya for the detail

@nguyen - Nope, I haven't installed it yet. Waiting for my buddy at West side Acura to give me a time and price to get it installed, hopefully this weekend tho. Automatics do make less HP out of it but its still a good mod if you're looking for a tune/HP increase. It would be better if you have other bolt on mods first like an intake/header. It's a nice mod but wouldn't be my first choice because of the price. I bought mine used from a tsx club member so I wouldn't have to send my stock ECU.

I bought the Hondata used so I have to bring it to the dealership to get it sync'd to my keys/immobilizer otherwise it would've been on already haha.

Yeah they carry both. I haven't personally used any of the dedicated wheel sealants and instead use sealant that is meant for paint. I put two layers of Klasse Sealant Glaze on my winter wheels and it held up quite well. Collinite 845 is supposed to offer great protection as well. I applied two coats of it to my car for the winter and it surprisingly held up for the majority of the time, considering our winters last what feels like forever.

I'm in there quite randomly so it may be hard to catch me there. They also aren't open on Sunday's.

@ Vince - haha I was talking about the Sunday meet, but ya I'll have to go in and pick up some Autoglym one day. I bought some Sonus wheel cleaner last week from them and it was ok, wheels still seemed dirty tho.

@Darkness - Ohh so that was your TSX? Dam that sucks, atleast you got a nice TL and S13 now to make up for the TSX haha

Indeed it was, ha, I think i'd miss it less if the TL was manual like TSX, but its not, and that damn s13 is a lost cause.

I happened to be passing by Tim's and thought I'd stop in to meet a couple of you; unfortunately, it was @ 3 (I somehow remembered that as being the time of your meet). Fortunately, I had my tablet with me and doublechecked the time right away. Unfortunately, I can't swing back for 4. Another time.

Alright, so I'm putting up my winters tires for sale. They are Nokian Hakkapelita Rs (235/45/R17). They are premium winter tires and I've never been stuck with these. I've only put a maximum of 5000km on them. No patches or uneven wear. These are 1200$ new and I'm letting them go for 700$.

@Justin - Those axis shines are looking very sharp. Weren't you lowered before? Did you sell your other springs off?

@Arthur - Decent deal on the tires man. Why are you getting rid of them? Lol switching to RPF-1's for the winter?
