Thanks man. Still cant believe what my Cannon point n shoot can do being 7 years old lol. As for coils, my back already hates me enough so I'll be getting some lowering springs. 17's and a A-Spec front kit + front re-spray would be nice too. Hopefully next year

get some coils that have dampening option so you can set it on soft. And then have the ability to raise it in winter. I had springs on my TL and I was fine, but having coils would have been better

@Arthur - Those bags were just from my garage. It doesn't matter which bag you use, as long as it can cover the majority of the seat to help trap the heat inside and "bake" them. The longer you can leave it out and exposed to heat for the steaming effect, the better. This way the rejuvenator oil can be absorbed into the leather and restore it.

@Silence - I've had coils on my car for quite a few months now. The ride is a bit stiffer but nothing uncomfortable. I didn't opt for the dampening feature since I figured it's too much of a pita to adjust them anyways. Look up reviews for higher rated coils and it shouldn't be a problem in terms of ride comfort. Good quality coilovers aren't cheap, so be prepared to spend at least $600.

Black hides alot of the imprefections in the wheel, this time around I didnt bother filling in any of the scratches and rash after sandblasting, just sanded them down. Its just enough to tie me over this summer and back to being used as winter wheels. I have my eyes set on a new set of Vossens.

Please don't tell me it's the thin 5 spoke ones haha They are nice, but they are too open, you need some big brakes to make that shit look good.

And that white type s is the same one you commented on on Jadran's instagram. It's his buddy

I'm mostly concerned for ride quality as its such a short wheel base and I do a lot of "off road" driving to go camping in the summer time. I'm also not really looking to drop the car too much cause of that. I had a buddy drop a car on coils and I DD'd it for a while and I found it really uncomfortable. That being said, when it comes time for suspension mods I'll be doing a ton or research on what to get based on my needs and wants.

@Jeff - Very cool! Where do you work?

@Justin - What's cost for the passport 9500ix's?

@Myron - Lol just go to his house and tell the people there that you forgot something in the house. "Borrow" the keys while you're looking for this mysterious missing item.

I'll probably be detailing this Sunday so won't be able to come out.

Justin...assuming it's less than the $550 I just paid at Visions, tell him by PM...I don't think I can bear to hear cost.

Ah...what the hell. I'm happy with the $150 off that I got. And it is a really nice piece of kit. Had it less than a week, and already the regular falses on the way to work are gone.

Is there anything GPS can't do?

@sockpuppet (don't know your real name ) - Just an update on the Lexan. It has been holding up perfectly these past few weeks and it has been through several washes along with almost daily Henday driving. Is there a way to still use Lexan for yours even though there is a curve to it?

@Jeff - Sounds really cool!

@Sanjay - Would you be able to do me a really big favor? When you get a chance, can you measure the distance from the ground to the bottom of the fender at both the front and rear tires? Once winter rolls around, I want to return my car back to stock height. I may have forgotten to measure before the coils got put on

@Arthur - You're baller, buy them! It's crazy how many sets of wheels and how cheap some Americans let them go for. My cousin recently posted 2 sets of his wheels for sale since he has 2 other sets. It must be a California thing

Yea. It's so much cheaper to mod a car in states. We always get screwed by shipping fees. I already gave the seller a shout to give me a shipping quote. We'll see.

Had these mounted a while ago, never got around to posting a shot. Type-s badge reapplied and CF domed decals to go with the rest of the CF theme.

Any pre-meet for tomorrow's Honda meet? I guess it's not going to be as big as we did last year.

At the risk of being a stickler, that should be p.m. When I first read it, I thought it seemed like an odd time to meet.
