Well you can always go to a audio shop and get them to install a aux output for you.
I have a non-nave TL too, I honestly just use a FM transmitter, simple and no installation.

I had one in my car. There is one from iSimple that hooks up in the back. Mine was activated on the CD button. Press the CD button once, it would play CDs, press it again, and it would play music of ipod.

I swear I keep seeing Vince rolling around in his Blue TL-S. I know there aren't that many around but I swear I saw you twice, once on friday night and sunday morning at 12:15 going east on 137 ave.

Hmm there are a few ways to distinguish me from the other KBP TL-S's in the city. I know there are 2 other owners in the city, I'm sure there are a few more but I've never met them.

Mine: I am fully debadged in the rear, minus the "A", fully tinted, my headlights have the CF accent instead of the amber, my sidemarkers are white leds up front and red leds at the rear, I have switchbacks v2 so at night they are white but when I signal they turn into amber, license plate & interior LEDs, driver side keyhole delete, acurazine decal at the driver side rear window

There is another member on this forum, his name is Sanjay. His has black type-s wheels, fully tinted, white leds sidemarkers at the front and rear, his bulbs are 8K for headlights and foglights I believe, he has the same switchbacks as me, he has a WORKING 6K DRL kit unlike me, not sure if I missed anything else

Another owner I detailed his ride for him. He has the full type-s aspec kit, yellow vinyl overlay on his foglights, fully tinted, and a Greddy exhaust

Lol yeah why'd you leave so early Aaron?

No kidding wtf was up with that ricer civic. He sat there the entire time then left immediately after Raj left and bagged it around that corner. What a tool. He probably wanted to race you for pink slips or invite you to racewarz. Because racecar.

Btw here's the sick build thread I was talking about

Is your friend still looking at getting a TSX? Tell him to get a TL instead haha.

No kidding winter is a buzzkill. But at least you can plan and figure out the mods you want to do for next spring/summer. Who says you can't keep modding during the winter though? I'll probably start wrapping some interior pieces in CF out of boredom.

Put on two layers of this: Collinite Liquid Insulator Wax (No.845). Add another layer or two part way through winter and your paint will be well protected

He might be getting a Civic Si lol.
Yeah I want everything done, A-spec, rims and Greddy exahust!
I could mod now, but don't really wanna spend the money now, plus I don't think I can enjoy my mods as much as I can during the winter.

I can't find the proper vendor that supplies a-spec kits?

Thanks Vince, I'm really tempted to buy it and install it before winter but I'm not confident enough to do it by myself :S. Anyone know of a good place to do it for cheap?

install the kit? If one of the guys that did it before wants to help me do it, it can be done in a few hourse if you buy coffee and doughnuts haha It's simple and I did it twice before. I wouldn't take it to the shop, they would charge you 200-400$ for the install.

I'll buy whoever helps out a fucking 3 course dinner if they help me install lol.

Just tempted, should I order now and install before the snow hits, or wait till winters over?

Damn what a steal. I wonder if that car has been maintained though.

Sorry this wax isn't available OTC from what I've seen. I've only ever seen it online. You can get it at autoobsessed.com, they're local suppliers but only ship, no shop for pick-up. If you wax, I'd recommend you clay bar the vehicle first to remove all the surface contaminants. If you wax without claying, you're simply applying wax onto the contaminants and it won't bond properly. The wax will fail prematurely and it won't last close to as long as it should.

I'll help too even though I dunno wtf I'm doing. I'm interested in this 3 course dinner

Haha but yeah definitely wait until winter is over. No point in installing now and getting it all chipped up. For now, make sure all your maintenance is up to date and get ready to slap on those winter tires in a few weeks. I'm going to wax my door jambs and the paint under my hood one of these days since I'm anal like that. No paint on my car will go unprotected.

Yeah I guess I'll wait then, man I hope not too many people sign up to help, don't want to buy 5+ guys a 3 course dinner lol...

It just the little things that bother me so much, the nick on the driver side door and the numerous scratches on my rear bumper... *sigh*

yea it's been maintained at the dealership so he checked the VIN number with them and there is a record of every single oil change, down to a single bulb replacement in a turn signal. It's crazy man.
