I think that a TL rear camber fits TSX and I have a set for the back.

Ingalls site says they are the same part numbers so its yours if you want it.

won't let me post a direct link but if you see acura TL and TSX they have the same numbers

ingallseng.com

text me you have my number

^ lucky guy. What's next man? Get that supercharger already, you're gonna end up there anyways.

2 days ago there was a mustang next to me and some 60 year old guy was driving it and he just punched it and I heard the whine of a SC, it was awesome. Then at a next light i see that he put a badge under the "GT" on the fender and it was a "SUPERCHARGER" badge hahaha SOunds so sick

haha. I'm thinking of getting HFPC but I don't want to pay someone to install it. Plus, I need to slow down on buying mods again. Possibilities are endless.

http://www.uniquestyleracing.com/20042008-20042008.html

This site has the depo tails and sidemarkers that Sanjay and Ricky got. I got them shipped to me but Myron said he asked a while back and they aren't shipping to Canada any more for some weird reason.

Personally I prefer stock type-s tails and stock type-s sidemarkers though. You can either hunt for those in the blackmarket or buy from one of the vendors.

Thanks for the welcome! I use to be a silent lurker on the website quite a bit last year when I got my car. I had a 2007 mercedes C350 sedan 4 matic before the TL. Around this time last year I was rear ended pretty bad while parked at a red light and the car ended up being written off. I enjoyed the benz, however there was annoying little things that would go wrong here and there that would really annoy me, plus it just felt to old guy for me sometimes. I do miss the all wheel drive though.

I found my 2006 TL a few weeks later, bought it off an older couple who lived on an acerage around the Northern Bear Golf Course. It is WDP with an A Spec kit all around. I love it. I haven't done any mods, but I think I will need some advice from you guys as to what to do and what would look nice.

So I am doing my first mod this Monday and tinting my windows lol. I am planning on going 35% all around. Do you guys think that would look good on a WDP? I am thinking that shade cause I don't want to get pulled over by cops all the time. Also I am just going to get the regular tint and not metallic, is that ok also?

I am getting the tint done from Clear Choice Auto in the west end. Have you ever dealt with them or heard of their work. They did my friends 2009 Audi A4, and seems like a pretty good job.

Sorry for the rant, I am sure I will have a lot more questions as we go along, and hope that I can help others around town also.

I have 35% all around for my tint and I like it. Never got harrased by cops, even when I got pulled over for speeding they never said anything about the tint. My car is silver, not exactly white but still a light color. And good choice on going the same % all around. I think the car looks "uneven" or something when there is missmatched tint on the front and back.

as for the other mods, it all depends on what you wanna do. Do you want to lower the car? If you do go with coilovers so you can raise the car up a little for winter. For wheels, I think that 19s look the best on a TL but they are somewhat harsh on Albera roads. So 18s would work too, and look good.

That's pretty much it for looks since you said you already have a-spec kit.

Then there is performance but I don't know if you are interested in that. Besides a turbo kit that's aroun 8000$, supercharger kit that you can get used for arounf 3000-5000(new), there are some exhaust bolt ons that give you some pretty nice gains. nothing crazy but you will feel the difference. Edmua6 can shed some better light on that because he is getting performance mods now

@Arthur - Lol yeah I would like to make it if there aren't time constraints. It would be nice to see what over 25 hours of detailing has done to my paint. Sadly I'm still not done detailing my car yet. It's an ongoing project that will end by this week and come with a write up soon enough!

@JattMundazAcura - Yes get on that tint asap! When I was driving behind you I could see right through onto the car in front of you haha.
You can also clear out your headlights if you aren't a fan of the amber, upgrade some of the interior lights to LEDs, the list is endless...

Two questions:

1) Should I get moleskin done when I get my tint installed next week?

2) I got stuck a lot last winter and feel like I should get winter tires before the next winter. Do you guys have winter tires or do you run all seasons even in the winter? Why type of tires do you have if you do have winter tires?

1) Get the moleskin FOR SURE. The tint will get scratched up after rolling it down only a couple times without it.

2) I find it that any car sucks with all season tires in the winter. So winter tires are a must. At least for me. Without winters I wouldn't even be able to get off my driveway this last winter. I had some michelin ones the winter before and they were pretty good.

Thanks Myron, I will get the moleskin for sure.

Yeah I need winters this time for sure. Don't want to get stuck every time next winter, thats for sure.

Can we get a confirmed time and location for the meet Sunday? I might be able to make it if I get back on time.

@Sanjay - I saw you today around noon on the yellowhead close to 124st or somewhere like that. I was on the opposite side of the yellowhead. Time to get some tires mounted on those fresh wheels!

@JattMundazAcura - I ran a few weeks without dedicated winter tires this past winter and I almost slid into/hit several cars. I found the traction from my all-seasons were little to none. I got myself a set of Blizzaks, (WS60 I believe) and it made such a significant impact. I could actually stop without activating the ABS every time. Give yourself a bit of peace of mind by getting winter tires, they're a must in Edmonton.

Jattmunda wait till end of fall, if you don't wanna shell out a crap load walmart sell's the nexen winter tires for a good price, despite what some ppl mite say, there actually good! they have 2 type ones that look like michellen xice, or ones that have bigger groves for deep snow and will eat thru any snow pile.. best for the shitty side streets! new tires for 17" i believe were around 120ish ea... unless u want used ones, re run tires just off argyll and 99st usually has amazing ones with 80% tread left for good brands, i got set of 4 blizzaks for 65bucks each, installed! u gotta wait till end of fall tho cus they dont really stock them in summer...

other then that as for the Sunday Meet, whats a good area on whyte ave or U of A area?? we should find a nice spot for a photo shoot, maybe head down past the river? maybe down to muttart orrrrr i dunno where else we can go for nice pix.. its supposed to be nice out so lets take advantage of that. if anyone has a nice SLR cam and actually know how to use it would u mind bringing it? or i can see if my bro wants to come do it, hes got a nice fancy cam which i have no idea how to use lol...
someone just pick a spot to meet.. anyone! i don't know the area toooo welll, not sure where is a big enough area..

Bam! Now I gotta clean the car to make the wheels look good, and some tire dressing too.
