Wats up guys. I know I've been sort've MIA but going to try and get back into it again. Weather's getting better too!
Friend of mine Greg Polizzi of the San Antonio Mustang Club, told me about this Saturday Morning Cruise-In @ Lowes on I-10 at the RIM, every 2nd Saturday of the month 8AM-1030AM, here's the flyer. All car types welcome.

One of them guys is the one that tried to say Coffee and Rides was their event when it wasn't. I really do not want to support them after how much crap we went through with them.

Sure did. Just did it actually about 2 weeks ago. And among other things.

 

I like the Tein SS. Did you get it done here in town by someone or install them yourself?

Oh plenty of pics in this thread, a page or so back and in my build thread.

I put them together after ordering the factory top hats for them, so it made it easy to install. My friend at R&N garage owed me some work, so we did it together and installed them on my car with the Ingalls rear camber/toe kit.

Ah, yeah! Saw them. Yes, I'd definately want to do the Tein SS. Have you rolled the rear fenders?

 

Rears were rolled to a 45 degree roll. Not a full roll but enough to get them out of the way.

 

Is there a reason why you didn't go full roll? Did You get done by Miles?

 

So we going to do anything soon?

 

Yep, Miles did mine. He said unless you seriously need a full roll for clearance he doesn't recommend it as there is still a large chance of messing up the paint. I didn't need that much right now of clearance as he got it far enough out of the way that I don't have any issues.

I helped run Nismo Fiesta this weekend in San Antonio, and a guy caught some good shots of me when I was an instructor for the autocross event. I was giving people rides and actually was one of the fastest cars out there that day! The car did great with the new suspension. I was impressed. Could use better tires!

 

Nice...can't believe I missed this event two times ina row!...

Hey guys, do yall know anyone selling a rv6 hfpc and a v3 j-pipe? Its just buying it new hurts my pocket.

 

I know I could put a WTB threat but I want to see if I can get it local first.

 

Not sure if anyone local is even running that setup let alone part with the two?...& were in Texas you should scout for regular pcds probably be a little easier to obtain...best best is to just constantly monitor the BM section...

"Well sadly all good things must come to an end.

I received a call from the manager at the Vineyards and she informed me that we cannot use their parking lot anymore. It seems a couple of idiots were "doing donuts, speeding through the lot and almost hit some children". Once again the few ruin it for the many.

At this point we have no other location and as of now there are no plans to find another location for Coffee and Rides.

Any of y'all go to buzby's? I go to beer goggles bar that is in the same shopping center almost every other Friday but haven't walked down there to check out the cars. Seemed like a bunch of HS kids revving their engines and doing HS type things.

 

Never been but would be down to go on the 17th.

 

Let me know. That fits with my every other Friday schedule
