This year the Acurazine and S2Ki groups are both invited for some good food and lots of beautiful cars.
The grill will be going and I will have lots of NA bevs, please feel free to BYOB, I may have some also.

The garage will be open if we have any minor mods, otherwise it will be a lot of food and fun.

If we can get o2cls on board again, some rolling shots as well as some great group shots of the cars can be had in nearby westlake.

Please post up if interested so I have an idea of how much food to make.
Past menus have included:
Prime rib sandwiches, carnitas, wings, etc.
Look forward to seeing you there

2)disgruntlednut (Sam)

Always a good time at your place. Count me in sir.
I stickied a thread about his meet. Lets post up a list there..

Hey guys, would anyone be able to help me install some calipers tomorrow? I'm trying to do the Legend caliper swap and after getting all the tools I would need together and starting the work, I found out that the jack that I bought doesn't go high enough for me to get jack stands underneath. Also, I've never worked on brakes before so I want to be extra cautious so an extra brain wouldn't be a bad idea. I'm in Arlington, so if anyone is in that general area and could help me out, I can come to your place anytime after 3pm. Also, if you're going to be in the Arlington area, we could work on it in my garage. I bought them a while ago and my 30 day return policy is about to be up. If I can't get this done, I'm returning these suckers back to the store. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks.

Yes, the stock lines fit on the Legend calipers. Basically, the Legend calipers have to be run opposite (right on left and left on right) to get the bleeders at the top. It uses the TL brackets as well. From what I can tell, there are basically 4 bolts holding the caliper on and the brake line, so it shouldn't take too long to do. If you have the time to help, that would be great. Thanks.

Let me know if you're free at any point. I'm pretty much available all day and night tomorrow after 3pm. Give me a call at (817)875-8475 if you're free and we can go from there. Lunch/dinner/beer on me. Thanks.

Nice. I also picked mine up because I wasn't home to be there for it. It is probably the Fedex place near the old texas stadium. I went with a friend with an SUV and we still had to take the pieces out of the box to fit them in there so if you are going with your TL you will most probably have to take it out of the box to fix it in there. Btw the box it came in was a POS ... completely destroyed, luckily the kit itself was wrapped well so no damage to it. Then again maybe yours will be different.

Well, sometimes working on cars isn't all that fun . . . even with great help . . thanks Nelson.

Anyway, the plan was to install a set of field test motor mounts . . and after about 5 hours of fun . . . they didn't work out.

Still have a few bugs to work out . . . D5 light is flashing and it's not shifting right, and there's a clicking sound by the power steering pump and the belt is fraying. Will need to look and see what we might have pulled loose . . hopefully it's not major.

Your D5 light is on? Any check engine lights? Might need to scan that to see whats goin on. I would check if we stretched anything since that engine did go up pretty far. As for the clicking thats probably an exhaust leak because I heard something similar in that area. Your headers are also interesting it might not be lined up properly so you might need to check that out. But for now scan it and check. Is that o2 sim working out for you? That could generate some issues.

Yeah, I plan on looking at it tomorrow when I have more light and feel like getting all greasy again. I also did some searching and the Automatic Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor came up as a possible issue . . it's possible that a connect was pulled loose . . or ripped loose. hope not.

If you happen to have 5 mins to stop by there are 2 things I need to do . . one - I got your small sledge hammer . . found it when I was putting all my stuff together; two - have you look at the belt and see what you think might have happened . .. Don't plan on working . . just look and give me your s. . regardless, I'll need a new belt as it's starting to tear . . . . so I want to make sure I don't miss anything else that needs to be replaced or fixed.

Well, after 7 hours, I installed the entire A-Spec kit. I took an hour break in between. Just was sure to take my time with the drilling and read the instructions a thousand times.

So NAiL05 . . how cheezy did my car sound taking off . . . it does however make me want to get some nicer sounding mufflers . . . something with a deeper tone . . . and not expensive.

kinda sounded like a bike when you took off haha. I would go with something along the lines of a greddy evo2 if they still make those. The Apexi WS2 is nice too but expensive.

I heard. My buddy tried to rub it in my face for not going that there were 2 Lamborghinis there, even though I've seen a LP640 before, & the Diablo owner that was there is a fucking retard for ruining his car. Dude needs to be shot for that gay shit he put on it.

The owner was a complete fag...I'm gunna go just for the free monster and cuz friends come from school. It was pretty dumb...they only let certain cars in the main area, and they all sucked with an exception of 2...
