Ok just figured out and got the link for Order Status in my email to work. Had to click order status at the top of the page once it took me to the SMB page on my phone. Put in all the information and it says:
Order Status - Admin
Planned Ship Date - Aug 30 2011
Planned Delivery Date - Sept 2 2011
Ok to have that information I am pretty stoked right now. I hope it really is true. Seeing estimated shipping and delivery date makes it much more believable at this point in my opinion.

Let me know how defying Ron A's orders works out for you 
The link in my order confirmation email. Once you get to the page with the terrible image in the middle of it on the top of the page it says order status. Click that link and enter your order number and your order date which is yesterdays date. That should give you the right information then.

Not long less than 5 minutes.
i complained that I ordered last friday and its almost a week no with no shipment. He put me on hold and said he escalated to a manager and will receive shipping notification today. i did.
So its worth a shot.
P.S. I chose the standard shipping when I ordered but seems they sent it 2 day via fedex. Not sure if this was because i escalated as well or not.

those with confirmation and shipping, you guys received an email from SMB?

Few more observations
Looks like HP actually shipped mine out yesterday but did not update the HP order status page till just now.
Also I still have not received any emails from HP regarding that my item shipped, only way I know it shipped is because I manually checked. Not it makes sense why the guy on the phone assured me that I would be receiving ship notification today because he probably could see that it shipped yesterday but I couldn't.
So yours may have shipped already, but they haven't updated the you HP account status page yet.

Well the person with the Craigslist add for $185 for 32gb updated and said you could contact via email so I sent an email saying I would like one of the 32gb they have coming. I was going to ask for more but at this point I will hope my 2 16gb coming from SMB are still real.

As an owner of both an iPad and iPad2, I must say that Day 1 with the Touchpad and I am very impressed. I have installed the homebrew and all of the recommended patches and this thing has significantly sped up. The WebOS community seem to very nice individuals and with the firesale of the Touchpad, I foresee much more opportunity on the application side.
