If you look at their reseller rating, they get on average about 1-2 complaints a month. I think that is great compared to the volume that they probably sell daily. Also you really need to see what they are complaining about as well. Not necessarily shipping or fraud issues.

I've been stalking the HP website - yesterday it said "Coming Soon - Check Back"...checked last night at 11 pm before I went to bed. Woke up at 6 am this morning and it said "Out of Stock".

I'll say this: if you can't get one at the new MSRP, don't give in to the eBay and CL flippers. Amazon's tablet is rumored to come out in October. Given that they partially subsidize the Kindle, I'm expecting their tablet to come in sub-$300. Might be worth waiting for.

I would assume if HP were not going to sell anymore it would say discontinued not OOS. Their site never went live again like they said, they just switched the status. Which to me means they are fulfilling all previous orders?

The thing that has me believing we may actually get are SMB orders is because it doesn't have the same order placed date and time anymore. I obviously placed it on Monday around 2pm the first time and now it shows this 08/24/2011 9:57:06 PM.

I just got word I got one through my distributor I buy servers from. Only one unit, at 16GB at $90... Woot!!!

I wish I could have got 2. I was thinking of using one for digital signage and checkin at the office.

Friend just got one at Bestbuy. Sams Club here had 20 of the 16GBs at open as well. They are still out there. Unfortunately if you work you're kinda sol...
