So I have two different status' from the SMB site... one states this
Order Date/Time: 08/24/2011 10:37:13 PM
Customer # I3xxxx Estimated Ship Date: 08/28/2011
Customer PO #: 444xxxx Estimated Delivery Date: 08/28/2011
Associated Order #: Credit Approval Date: 08/24/2011
Then I click on the link from my order email and it states this...
Estimated Ship Date: 08/30/2011
Customer PO #: 444xxxx Estimated Delivery Date: 09/02/2011
Order Date/Time: 08/24/2011 10:37:13 PM

I hope I get those realistic ship and arrival times soon. I don't want to be disappointed again. I will have to sue HP for emotional distress for playing with my emotions otherwise.

So you're getting different statuses for the same order #? And it depends on how you get to the order details page?
In the gray area:

So i called HP and just asked for an update
He says that he is "escalating my order" (yea right) and I will get a shipping notice by the end of today. We'll see.
He blames fedex for not being able to handle the volume of orders
Is that what they are instructing their customer service people to say now?

Hmmm my case is being transfered to my bestbuy I picked for in store pick up.
We shall see if a asshole BB employee snatches it....

Damn there is a local guy on craigslist posting 16gb for $135 and 32gb for $185. Says he has 25 of each coming on Monday the 29th and to email him if you would like one. Finally someone not trying to get super rich off these things. Might have to take him up for a 32gb just to get one for sure.

Ok just figured out and got the link for Order Status in my email to work. Had to click order status at the top of the page once it took me to the SMB page on my phone. Put in all the information and it says:
Order Status - Admin
Planned Ship Date - Aug 30 2011
Planned Delivery Date - Sept 2 2011
Ok to have that information I am pretty stoked right now. I hope it really is true. Seeing estimated shipping and delivery date makes it much more believable at this point in my opinion.
