When you sell it as a game machine you can charge more.

Apple TV is a neat device...but a bit pointless if you already have Netflix, and a player to stream Netflix to your TV.

Win: HDR photos, Apple TV (even if it's only 720p), Game Center, iTunes 10, new Touch, wireless printing
Meh: New Shuffle, New Nano (chic let Touch?)
Fail: Nothing about the Classic, nothing about Cloud iTunes, nothing about syncing to another mobile device, no storage on Apple TV, no mention of Facetime on any non-Apple devices

New nano is suite. It would be a good replacement for my shuffle. But I have no reason to get it.
Apple tv. Nice but they are behind the times with xbox,ps3,wii and standalone players offering netflix for awhile now.
New touch. Might get my sister one for when she becomes an aunt so we have FaceTime.

So, like...slightly OT...but, I got a free iPhone 4 last week. Gave it to my wife.

Nano looks cool - can't justify another Ipod though.
Touch looks great
Can't justify the ATV, although price is pretty good.

ATV is interesting but even at $.99 per episode it still might be a hard sell. I can go to Hulu and get the lastest episodes from thousands of shows for free and if I want to spend $9.99/mo (which itself is a hard sell right now) I can get entire series of popular shows.
I would've loved to have seen Hulu support for ATV but that would've cannibalized iTunes videos sales
