adobe doesnt have the code to make it work on apple and apple wont give it up because it proprietary...to top it off flash is a memory hog on macs.

everyone needs to drop flash and go with newer formats like html5 anyway. Loads in the browser, no drain on resources.

Until it dies...Apple should get with what is current.
It's probably one of the biggest iphone complaints...and now the iPad too.
