It's not really apples style to combine big announcements. I think all we are going to get from this regarding the iphone are implications that it will be available on Verizon.

Heh..

A laptop manufacturer should throw in a cell phone radio and include a headset.

That would be a lot more practical and probably cheaper too.

I was hoping for a MacBook Pro update. Rumors are saying the i5 is coming to the MBP so I've been holding out.

I have to agree. My iPhone replaces my laptop a lot when I'm at home. Even sitting on the couch watching tv. I check email, browse the web, and add reminders / notes of things I want to do as I think of them. Would I like something just a little larger to do that with that can essentially just live on the coffee table? You betcha.
