I'm sure more shit happened, but camera man didn't catch most of it. Far as someone throwing stuff, I only saw white cup that flew towards James at one point.

They should just change the name to WNBA. NBA is so lame now its disturbing. Cavs players laughing it up with Lebron during the game wtf....after he flushed thier and the whole city's hopes of a championship down the toilet.
C-Webb Tweet:
"There aren't any more dogs in this world. Cavs bench laughing with dude that left y'all. Yeah that's funny. Grow some cajones,"
Last good NBA playoff series = Lakers VS. Kings
(if you dont remember that one then GTFO)
The current Celtic team is pretty much the last physical playing team left in the NBA. After they break up/ retire I dont think I could watch anymore. Its becomming like Soccer
Sorry for the rant but I cant stand this new generation of facebooking, halftime tweeting, laughing it up with their ex team mate, dancing around on the bench, 1 hr tv special making pansy ass "superstars"

Dammit, Bulls!

failhard.
Yeah, one person, only one, is responsible for never getting a city an NBA championship. Has nothin' to do with the team. Nope. Just that one guy.
The whole state of Ohio's just a bunch of emo ragers just because LeBron wanted to relocate, like every other NBA superstar that moved. Talk about being soft and shit.

^^exactly. I don't like Lebron for the whole spectacle of this summer, but Cavs fans....seriously, all your eggs in that one basket?

Hope so....we're still thin up front, even with Bynum.

+1. He humiliated the city and team on national TV instead of being professional and holding a normal news conference to announce he was leaving. He made a ridiculous spectacle of the whole thing and the people resent him for it.

I don't believe for a second that cleveland would be fine if he left the normal way though. Clipper fans still don't like Brand, and in reality, resigning him and baron, they'd probably be in the gutter for the next 3 years.

The Daily Herald writes an interesting article on the best PGs in the League. And yeah, as we all kinda said in this thread, hard to compare or choose the best.
But, worth a read if you're inclined: http://www.dailyherald.com/article/2...rts/712069830/

After watching the Knicks-Raptors game yesterday I can't help but think what a great fit Amare would have been in Miami instead of Bosh. Rebounding and toughness inside. Neither of which Bosh really has.

So, a kid from Ohio. Mega talent, with the likes we have not seen (ok I know Jordan). Cavs, an Ohio team, got the draft pick for him. James turned the team around. The stars were all aligned together for this one.
There are, could be, other players that gets drafted, but not your hometown boy. We expect other people who don't belong here to do that. Not your home grown talent.
So it hurts.
And in Ohio there is nothing going on (sorry). Sports is life. It is everything. If this was NY or SF, no one cares. James who?
So I can see it hurts.

See, that's where I have my doubts. I don't think Riley had much say in the matter. They were a package deal that was pre-determined by LeBron and Co.
I don't want to dwell on it but Amare is a hell of a player. I didn't get to see too much of him in the West so I had a notion that it was all about Nash. But he's a beast inside.

^ Amare's defense has always been mediocre, no...? So, given the two...I guess it would've been a toss-up.
Didn't watch him enough to offer a true opinion, mind you. Just what I recall reading...

Both are good. I can see how Aware could fit with Miami, but its true that he wasnt really a defender. I think, going into the summer, getting either was a win. Amare wanted something close to a max contract, if that played any part.

That a major league team (NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL) cant' find an owner is downright perplexing.

Team Owner
Wow. I think that happened with Les Expos in baseball so not unheard of. Fortunately there's a cap in place but I wonder how FA signings will be done. Are they going to allow them operate competitively and sign max players.

I want to be the first non-Miami person to proclaim the LeHeat as the eventual champs for this season again.
They will now win all their remaining games.

And here's also hoping last night's game was one of many with Boozer providing the much-needed inside punch for the Bulls.
Rose had an "off" night where he was canceled out by Westbrook.

Miami vs Jazz tomorrow. This can be a true test against .500+ team.... I know they beat Hawks few nights ago, but this can give me little hint where they are at.

i agree. its a bigger test, the hawks were down one very important guy Joe Johnson. so this is a better matchup. if they played like the last time both teams met. all Miami has to do is play some D.
