Torts needs to realize that his experimenting with the lines is what constantly takes the momentum out of the guys.
Bruins played better last night. Rangers just have more skill. Bruins goals were meager tip ins from lucky rebounds. But Rangers should be embarrassed by blowing 3-0 lead just like that...

The scoring started after Nash was boarded and took a bad penalty. The Rangers did what they always do. Coast in the 3rd when they have a lead.
Trolling Canuckistan
There's a difference between boarding and being checked into the boards, Nash got the latter, that wasn't even close to boarding.

Well, I got some bad news for you both, that proposal was rejected over a year ago by the NHLPA. Moog didn't read the article, the list he showed was the realignment proposal from 12-2011.
He missed this part right above the list...

Here’s how the board of governors realigned the league in December 2011:

And oof...Karlsson out for season likely. Interesting reading the debate if Cooke's hit on him was dirty.

Angry Farmington Hockey Player Suspended, He Says
A Farmington High School hockey player says he has been suspended for 10 days for scoring for the other team, flipping his middle finger at coaches and skating off the ice.
The game became tied. Minutes later, the opposing team, Chaska High School, won 3-2.
The 12th-grader, Austin Krause, commented on his actions Wednesday on a Twitter account that appears to belong to Krause.
Krause also stated, "Idc about how many ppl are talking (expletive) or starting rumors it's just a game get over it."
Videos of the gesture have attracted more than 19,000 views on YouTube.
"We didn't really know how to react," said Sean Bloomfield, assistant hockey coach at Chaska High School. Bloomfield's comments on Twitter also has garnered attention.
Krause tied the game 2-2 by scoring for the other team.
With less than a minute left, the Chaska team won the game 3-2 following a penalty against Farmington. Tuesday's game was one of the last of the season.
"I really feel bad for the players on both teams just because it was a really hard-fought game," Bloomfield said. "It's not the way we wanted to tie it up and eventually get a win."
To add insult to injury, the Farmington players were celebrating "senior night" - Krause and other 12th grade players were recognized, Bloomfield said.
Farmington High School principal Ben Kusch confirmed that Krause, the team's goalie, scored for the opposing team. He declined to comment further on the incident or Krause.
The reasons for Krause's actions are unclear, said Kusch and Bloomfield.
Krause reportedly had complained on his Facebook page about a sophomore goalie getting more ice time. Messages for Krause seeking comment were not returned Wednesday.
In a released statement, the school stated, "the district is taking the proper steps to investigate the incident and will take appropriate action in line with school policy."
"We're disappointed in the actions and decisions made by one of our student athletes," Kusch said. "Our focus moving forward is supporting our players and coaches in our boy's hockey program in the successful completion of the season."

They both went into the boards, it definitely did not appear intentional, just tried to step down to regain his balance. I definitely don't think he meant to step down on his leg

Oh, I'm sure they're all butthurt about it, I just found it interesting that Shanaban went out of his way to make sure that it was clear that he knew it was an accident
Senior Moderator
Well, it should not be a surprise given Cooke's history. So, I think from an optics perspective, Shanny did what he had to.

Yeah, sadly, even though he's changed his tune or cleaned up his play, he will always have that cloud over his head. Either way, it's good that the league realizes a freak accident occurred.

What with Toes getting beat up by Thorton tonight?

Nice win by the Hawks...and it was interesting to see Toews fight Jumbo Joe. Not often you see star players fight.

Yeah was definitely a good game by the Pens. At least watching them I have gotten to see some good hockey.
The Avs had another dissapointing loss. Varly stood on his head facing 55 shots and only giving up 3 goals that were not on the PP however they just couldn't get it done for a whole game once again. I am starting to think what I might be looking for most is a last place finish to maybe be able to score Seth Jones with the first pick.

Not technically a fan, but did you hear Melnyk? I think there are many people, Sen fan or not who think that play was avoidable and blame Cooke.
