At least my Aggies put up one hell of a fight. It was a great, close game but when UT ran the kick back for a TD, I knew that was the backbreaker...

I'm just glad they showed up to the game and made some tsips nervous. I'm actually encouraged that we have so many true freshmen playing this season. The passing game looked great. If we can keep the injuries down, we may actually have a decent team in a couple of years.

Screw the ACC. If Clemson makes it to a BCS game after losing to South Carolina, the system is seriously flawed. The ACC doesn't deserve an automatic bid.

But may I add... Taters

lol Mississippi State put a world of hurt on Ole Miss. Screw Houston Nutt, anything that helps him look bad makes me happy.

Looking forward to Arkansas messing up LSU for the third year in a row tonight.

Got blew out by the Gators

We played a pretty bad game

Missed assignments, over pursuing, giving up big plays

Just like always

Shut down Ingram...and then UF should win....but I'll tell you something, I think Richardson is more of a threat.

Alabama QB sucks, he has never seen a secondary and blitzing package like UF's, I'll be surprised if he doesnt throw an interception or two.

My concern on Florida's offensive side is opening up the gameplan. If we just do dive's up the middle, Tebow running, and hitch patterns to our WR's we will definitely lose the game.

We need to spread Alabama out.

Let's spread out Rainey wide with demps in the backfield for Tebow, and Cooper, Thompson, and Hernandez wide.

Also if they are shutting down the run game, I believe it's time to ditch David Nelson and put in Omarius Hines, he is a freshman but has loads of potential

hines and hammond are pretty sick looking, at least from the two games ive seen em. Our offense looks like they stepped up alot the last two games. I know the defenses on those two teams were mediocore at best. Hopefully hernandez makes plays like he yesterday

Hernandez is a stud but UF will have to open up the offensive gameplan a lot. I hope they have a lot of new looks

I agree. If we can stop Jones and Ingram, we should be golden. I think that Meyer will throw new looks at Bama to see how they respond.

UF is 4-2 against Bama in Atlanta, so hopefully we can get to 5-2!

Gerhart should definitely be a Heisman favorite after his showing on Saturday, even throwing for a TD. What a stud. I'm so happy when the Irish lose, I hope it costs Weis his job. Great season and hopefully we win our bowl game Go Cardinal

wndrlst. good to see you around again.

so i'm glad a&m gave us a challenge and exposed us, somewhat. last thing i want to see is overconfidence and/or looking beyond the big 12 championship game. i have too many bad memories of the 2002 big 12 championship when we lost to colorado (thanks again, simms.)

so uh...how'ed that work out for ya

PS. if anybody in this thread thinks for one second that the FLA. vs. AL. game isnt the national championship game... your highly, highly, mistaken.

its a sad day in college football when the two best teams arent allowed to play each other for the national title.

guess you gotta get the pac-10 big 10/12 in there somehow

very much, which nowadays takes alot since everyone ridicules the religion. It was amazing how they were reading bible verses on CBS on saturday. just shows how much he has an impact on things. But yeah I adore him for wearing his faith on his sleeve the way he does.

Florida is making Alabama look good.. absolute worst game calling by Florida on both sides of the ball.. UF offense looks NOTHING like it did last week and the defense looks terrible.

Bama did amazing, it could have been a close game but there was absolutely no execution on our side. We missed easy tackles and made big mistakes. Bama was the better team.

Theres always next time. Go Gators

That's funny, all of my devout Christian friends hate him. They say a big part of being Christian is being humble about it and not shoving it in everyone's face.

depends on how you look at it, though. i don't see it as shoving it in people's faces. but i don't want to turn this into R&P.

that said, i must have had a heart attack or two during the nebraska game.

oh my god.

Florida's offense looked nothing like last week or this whole year.. Yes it was good defense by Alabama, but Florida did not execute and looked like they had NO emotion on the field. Every time they showed Tebow on the sidelines he looked like he was in another place.

Having a monster of a running game = no tackling (see Auburn last week). Auburn shut down Ingram because they actually played with passion and finished tackles. That is why Alabama could run over Florida's defense.

How do you coach or recruit somebody to a TCU, Boise State, or Cincy when you never have a chance at a National Championship?

Because they will be one of the best players on the team and will actually get to see the field. Why do you think NFL players sign contracts to be on the Raiders?
