so far, all i've been hearing is that they're going to add players and not subtract. but who knows? i'm not familiar with their salary situation.

for the record, i'm not a lakers fan. i like kobe as a player because i admire his skillsets and talent. dunno if i can say i like him a human though. but that's irrelevant.

i admit that he hasn't made teammates better in the past, but i'm willing to give him that opportunity to do so based on this season. this is the first time he's been surrounded by an actual team. so if guys can't improve under him in the next few seasons then i won't have a problem agreeing with you.

i hate to keep bringing up the MJ comparisons, but it took him years before he finally bought into the team and trusted his guys.
