I'm leaning toward Warner.

Id go with Warner as well.

Careful with Williams. He's off and on this year. But maybe he's getting his streak back.

I picked up Williams as a Free Agent this week so I've never played him. Maybe I'll give him a shot. SD is gonna run the ball an awful lot this week.

Yeah, but Roy is finally healthy. Also, ever since A. Gates and LT got worked steadily back in the game plan, McCardell's numbers have dropped substantially. He has not had a 100 yd game or multiple TD game since September whcih is right about the time that Gates and LT took over.

Yeah, in Yahoo...I picked up T.O. just in case and I already have Randy Moss. Whether they like it or not, if T.O. comes back, they are on the same team! lol

Should I start N. Kaeding, SD against BUF or J. Brown, SEA against SanFran?

Both have similar stats this year. I'm thinking Seattle might really run up the score on SanFran's D meaning lots of time of the field for PATs and FGs. Kaeding has been consistant all year though; Brown is a recent pick-up for me.

So, the Bears beat Carolina.

Gag me with a spoon. I still don't think that they are Superbowl material, but I was quite impressed, being a Chicago fan.

We had something like 7 or 8 sacks today, against what, at least to me, was toughted as the most lethal offense in the NFL.

Carolina scored 102 points if the stat I heard was correct, in the last three games. Today: 3.

Bears 13, Carolina 3. Final. Woot!

Being a Bears fan, I am looking forward to a playoff appearance. I don't think they will do much, except get knocked out in the first round. The Bears don't have a strong enough offense. Also, take into account that a lot of the Bears sucess can be traced back to their easy schedule and the NFC north is weak.

Bears are on fire... im really startin to think they are for real. they said grossman might be cleared to play shortly. could put a spark in the offense. their running game is good and if rex can throw to mushin like they were talkin about earlier in the year, they might have a good shot. anything can happen with a defense like that.

BTW - the bears killed me in fantasy, i have delhomme as my qb. he got me like 5 points... haha

The Bears need to get rid of Grossman, end of story. It would be a huge mistake to sideline Orton after their recent sucess. The team has chemistry right now and Grossman would frankly ruin it. Rex hasn't proven that he can throw. The only thing that he has proven is that he gets injured easily.

Redskins fucking blow. They always find a way to lose games they should win. Every loss this year, with the exception of the Giants blow out, was a win they had and lost.

I think that blowout against the Giants was more of a good reflection of the team than an aberration.

Our defense is a fucking joke. What happened? Was Antonio Pierce that important?

Why trade him? Just keep him around and when training camp opens next season, revisit the Orton vs. Grossman thing. Besides, Rex'd be a decent insurance in case Orton goes down (remember Quinn and Krenzel last year ...?)...

The main point is, though, don't change a good thing. Orton played a good game today...a number of the incomplete passes were actually drops that he placed right on the numbers. The Bears need to keep Orton in the game even if Rex comes back from physical therapy to keep the offensive rhythm that is starting to build. Fortunately it seems like Lovie understands this and will probably leave him as starter.

Man who's coach of the year? Lovie for winning with a rookie QB, Indy, Cinci's turnaround. Wow. This will go down to Week 17.

Damn I started Steven Jackson over LJ. -.90 for Jackson and like 23 for LJ. I'm up by 7 going into MNF but the guy has Driver.

your defense wasn't bad at all. You did a hell of a job stopping our running game. That said, you did have a hard time getting by our big linemen on the pass. But your defense was not terrible.

You held us from getting into field goal territory many times.

Our offense blows, so does our defense though

Word out of Philly is that McNabb got a 2nd opinion on his sports hernia and the verdict is that he have the surgery right away. It appears he will do that within the next week and thus is done for the year.
