priest is out for the season, but they say the thing about his retirement is just a rumor..its possible, but on espn, priests' people say that they have never said anything like that. Oh well priest is a great RB, except for all the injuries he';s suffered is a big setback to his career. Oh well even if he does retire, theres larry johnson and he's been tearing it up even as a backup. I'm glad i drafted him in my fantasy league

I have been thinking the same thing. Jones could have a day though, coming back from injury on Monday night with Marion Barber fighting for his job

4. Donovan McNabb He should have been more thoughtful when Owens was killing himself trying to return from that broken leg last postseason. There's poor T.O., on an island by himself, doing everything he can to help the Eagles … and there's McNabb, the alleged leader of the Eagles, pushing T.O. down the stairs with those "We can't count on T.O. coming back, we believe we're a good team with or without him" quotes.
Hey, Donovan, don't you know how that made T.O. feel? You don't think that completely insane people have feelings? You seem like a smart guy, like you may even understand how some people tick. How did you think T.O. would react to that stuff? Why didn't you kiss his rear end and make him feel better about himself? Why didn't you say something like, "We need T.O., he makes us tick, it kills me that we have to try to win without him, I'm not saying we can't do it, but it's going to be tough to compete at a high level without someone as great as T.O. out there with us"?
Really, that would have killed you? And then, look what happened in the Super Bowl! Owens defies every medical prediction and returns for the game, then makes a number of big plays and goes over 100 yards for the day … and meanwhile you're huffing and puffing throughout the fourth quarter and leading the first-ever two-minute drive that could have been measured in dog years. Too much partying in Jacksonville that week, Donovan? See, T.O. couldn't party that week -- he was too busy trying to rehabilitate his broken leg, then watch you give the Super Bowl away because you were keeled over in those fourth-quarter huddles like a 50-year-old guy finishing his third game of full-court hoops at the local Y. Well done. Hope you had a good time at the Maxim party, though. Way to keep your priorities in line. No wonder none of your teammates publicly backed you this week.

Interesting. Interesting.
If the Redskins don't beat a tea as absolutely pathetic as Tampa Bay, then I really have to question whether they are the best team in the league like everyone says they are.

His elbow never crossed the line nor did his shoulder. There's no way the ball was forward of his elbow AND his shoulder, just wasn't possible.
But the skins gave TB two short fields that ended up in 14 points. That lost the game for them, not the 2-pt conv at the end of the game.
They've been playing like a team that should be 8-1, but one or two plays in every away game has killed them.

Yeah, just when our offense starts to click, the defense falls apart. I'm wondering if Tampa would have hit all of those slant patterns if Sean Taylor had been on the field.
The fact that we made Chris Simms look like he can actually be an NFL quarterback is not good news.
