how does that work? i thought the people that took the time to mail in their OEM mounts would get the fastest service, seeing as how they were mount-less for quite some time now.

these mounts look and seem like a great deal, but the customer service has been more than enough to convince me to stay away all together.

Seems like this whole process was kind of way off from what it was originally supposed to be. I dont tknow why you guys that supplied the mounts are now going to be some of the last people to recieve there mounts.There was 1 person that got there mounts early, and they sent him the wrong kit, granted he did get to keep and sell the wrong mount and make a bit a money. I was the only 1 to get tracking info yesterday that im aware of, and i think thats because i called innovative myself and asked when my mounts were shipping and that i was told they were suppoosed to ship monday. He told me he would see what he could do and to call him back in a half hour, i had tracking information before i got a chance to call back. So if there still no more tracking updates for you guys tomorrow, just give innovative a call.

Guys, I have been emailing Innovative twice a day for the last few days about the other drop shipment tracking #'s. All you east coast members, with the exception of FL, will be getting your mounts from me directly. The package to me left the other day also. Supposedly Innovative shipped all the A/T mount kits on Monday and the M/T mount kits were supposed to follow the next day. I don't have any tracking #'s. I called Innovative again today but they told me to call back and then they would have an answer. I called back but I got the voice mail. Also those who volunteered mounts I have no idea why yours weren't sent out first b/c I stressed that in every email I sent. I'm still working on this with Innovative and I apologize for their delays. Rest assured this will we be worked out and the end product will be worth the wait.

I'm sorry for the delay especially for you since you are really the only one actually without a mount. I have emailed Innovative multiple times about you, CleanCL, and Mike. Mike got his kit but it was the wrong rear mount and we're still working on getting him that rear mount. I even called them today and expressed my displeasure with the shipping situation. I know it's an unexpected delay but it will get worked out and the end result will be worth the wait. Please call them and harass them about your mounts b/c I don't know how many more times I can call them about it. Maybe a new voice will help.

I received the correct mount yesterday but it was assembled incorrectly. I need to take the rear mount (left) apart and flip it around.

What do you mean flip it around? You mean just take the center bolt out and flip the center around? How can you tell its not on correct? When do you think you might install them? Thanks for the feed back

Just received mine today!!! I am so stoked to get these installed, Great Quality! And didn't go the BS "group buy" route.

And Im not sure if you all knew this, but you can order the mounts for the same price directly from Innovative. Placed my order last Wednesday and received mine today!

So...... My question is for you group buyers is why didn't you just order them direct, shipping was super quick and price is exactly the same?

If I'm missing something please fill me in.
