Painting my engine covers this weekend. Can anyone recommend a good spray paint that will hold up well against the heat? Also is sanding and primer needed? I'd like to do it right the first time.

 

 

High temp engine paint? Maybe header paint or brake caliper paint? Although the color choices are very limited.

 

Went with hi temp engine paint. Blue and black colors. I'll post pics when its done.

anyone here up for a cruise from Milpitas to San Gregorio State Beach? This a cruise being put together by a local bay area car club (no, it's NOT TeamREV...lol) to commemorate September 11th. Obviously it will take place on that day (Sunday) and the meet up time is 10am @ The Best Buy parking lot in Milpitas. Of course, myself along w/my teammates Sir Eddie, Vimal, and Pedro and others will be participating. Hope some of you that we haven't seen in quite some time (HINT: HEY-SUSE!!!!!) would consider going. It will be for a good cause, so looking forward to hearing positive results from you guys/gals....
