Here's what I brought with me:
Canon 5D + grip
17-40 f/4 L
24-70 f/2.8 L
50 f/1.8
85 f/1.8
70-200 f/4 L
2 flashes (one for backup)
and a shitton of extra batteries and CF cards
I really need to learn how to pack better, I didnt even end up using the 17-40 or 50mm and I left my 100mm macro at home, which I coulda used on some nice close ups of the ring
a couple teaser/in progress shots for now (i have like 1300 pics to go through
)
since it's on the beach, here are her shoes! haha
her mother, who passed away
A couple of cool things, the pastor (which was the brides brother) apparently is business partners with chuck liddell, and they need event photogs for some fights. Its a non paying job but I would get a media pass and get into the fights for free. Also, another couple approached me as we were walking to the restaurant and they said that they were planning on having the same kind of wedding on the beach at the same location in feb and wanted to know if I could do theirs haha

Anyone know where there are some Pumpkin Patches? I know they have that massive one just outside of Tracy. Do they still have that one in Livermore? I heard there was one in Morgan Hill, but i'll probably run into former inmates going there. (a lot of people from Morgan Hill and Gilroy come into custody)

I just shot a wedding today in half moon bay and they didn't tell the couple that the pumpkin festival was going on and that it was going to be the busiest weekend in halfmoon bay. I had to go up 101, 380, 280, then down highway 1 to avoid the 92 traffic

man that car show was weak. VIP car show but I maybe saw one VIP platform car and it was meh. Oh well good to see the DT folk again.

the shop owned cars were the ones winning everything. there were atleast 2 cars shop owned that one 3 different categories each...that knocks half the awards out of contention.

I did manage to rent a 70-200 f/4 L for a Giants game a couple weeks ago and man that lens is sweet.

jesus...thats suuuuper sketch...cant believe jeff would jeopardize his dslr like that...its like his baby...its like pulling a micheal jackson
check out my new bike...been parting it 2gether for the past 3 months or so...just to give u an idea how long it is...im almost 5'11"...if i stand it up...its still taller than me...i had just rode it bak from the shop 2day...1st ride from dublin to pleasanton...i got sooo many looks...especially when i passed by Arlen Ness...then when i was almost home...i ran into some1 that and a stretched felt cruiser...stopped n chatted up a lil then went home...
this is what it looks like...its low(purposely lowered) enough for me to use the bike pedal as a kick stand hehehe...i can go lower too if i used 24" wheels instead of 26s...then itll b a pedal scraper with some magnesium pedals...

btw thats my g/fs mazdaspeed 6(274hp/6mt) that we r begining to mod...i found her the car 2 months ago n picked it up for $13.5k out the door...we just got her those EDM style LED tailites...suuuper bright...n shes got my old rockford fosgate amp that i never used...n a 10" JL w3 wired to her stock deck n ipod adapter...next up for it will b rims n coils...my lil side-project car...
