That sucks man, what else happened with your car? I was worried driving through a big ass puddle that stretched across the entire street the other day, and I grandma'd it through, when this 18-wheeler flew by and splashed so much water it went onto my roof, and seconds later steam started puffing out of the cowl. turned down the volume but heard nothing, and it drove fine.
I was glad I have 4x4 status for once
As of right now, after speaking with Dennis (thanks D), I need to go to Acura/Honda and get a OBD to see what was wrong with my car. If its something big then I'm going through insurance, if its as simple as a ecu reset (and i hope not since I have reflash... would be down 500$ just like that) then I may just have to do that.
Still going to part out though I guess... all this bullshit just kind of put me over the top and I don't want to have to deal with fixing the car again.
Parts should net me ~6-7k. May consider selling the car and getting a 04-05 RL when its fixed

as for me resealing my headlites...yyeeaa...passenger lite is fine now...my the driver side has gotten worse...i think i didnt wait for it to dry b4 i resealed it...but well see i guess...i hope its not like this on show day...
got my engine covers bak from paint...they double cleared them...look amaaaaazing...but...when i was putting them bak on i dropped my socket from my socket wrench...i didnt put it fully on when i reached out over the engine...now i cant even see it...i heard it land on plastic tho...so hopefully its on the black plastic thing on the bottom of the car O.o...it better not fly into my fan or my pullies...

sorry to hear johnny, you're still welcome to swing by my dads shop tomorrow after 4 if you want. His scanner will read any code it is currently throwing. call me if you're coming so i can tell them.

Yea, I think this is the year to part out or something. I'm sick of the bullshit..
SO yesterday, i drove back home from SOcal to get my state ref handled here in SJ. Didn't get back home till 3, didn't start sleeping till 5, woke up at 9. Got to state ref at 10 and wait 50 minutes to tell me that I failed the test. I asked him why I failed, the AEM is legal. He said everything passed, except that I didn't have the CARB EO#. I showed him the paper work, he totally ignored it.
So I ask him, what if I put it back to stock, he said be here at 4, that is when they close.. He is supposedly "booked up" today and that it will be fast since he already checked everything, from cats to intake to exhaust... I go back home, eat lunch, then start working on the car. didn't think i'd take 3 hours to put my stock intake back on... Drove back to state ref station, got there at around 4. They closed....
WTF right?
So they open M-F, I have class on all these days. I'm going back to Socal tomorrow and I will be coming back again to fix this bullshitass problem next week... .. FML to the max.

you can contact AEM and ask them for a new sticker. i needed one for my V2 and all they asked me for was a picture and they mailed me one free within a few days. thank god i got it too because last time i was pulled over, i had to pop the hood and he checked the sticker.

Anyone know where there are some Pumpkin Patches? I know they have that massive one just outside of Tracy. Do they still have that one in Livermore? I heard there was one in Morgan Hill, but i'll probably run into former inmates going there. (a lot of people from Morgan Hill and Gilroy come into custody)

headlite is still being lame...i have an idea...any1 coming to my house have a flood lite? if u do please bring it...i wana see if i can heat up the headlite n get rid of most of the condensation b4 the show...

Hey D, there are a couple pumpkin patches out here in Hollister if you don't mind driving a little further. There's also a corn maze (www.swankfarms.com) here as well.

I just shot a wedding today in half moon bay and they didn't tell the couple that the pumpkin festival was going on and that it was going to be the busiest weekend in halfmoon bay. I had to go up 101, 380, 280, then down highway 1 to avoid the 92 traffic
I think i got some good pics though, my first gig as main photog

TL battery is so dead from not driving it ever. Yesterday, barely enough juice to unlock the car. Had to reprogram the remote. Jumped it after charging a battery pack jumper. Now its AM. The car isn't starting. The hood release lever is not working so I can't jump the car to get it started (again).

1) take the bumper off and try to pull latch mechanism (yea i guess i'll try first)
2) wait for roommate to wake up and ask him to push down on the hood
